Pros:

The location is fantastic — provided you're not startled by the imam inviting everyone to prayer in the middle of the night.

The staff were fine, but nothing exceptional. The rooms are quite small, and the overall feel of the hotel is rather average and doesn't fully live up to the location.

I didn't want to leave.
Pros:

The room was spotlessly clean and spacious, and had the extraordinary advantage of a small balcony looking straight across to Aya Sofia. Although some might might the volume of the call to worship a bit startling, I loved it -- an ancient sound that resonates around the city. The breakfast made an excellent start to every day, and every member of the staff was kind, helpful and efficient.

Cons:

The access to the hotel is a bit challenging. Coming from the airport, the taxi has to drop you a couple of streets away, but hotel staff came to find me and helped with my bags. At the actual location, there is quite a steep, uneven cobbled path up to the front door, and nothing to hold onto as you climb it. It just means you have to go a bit slowly, but that was fine.

Excellent location if you want to stay near the iconic tourist attractions
Pros:

Location - proximity to Basilica Cistern, Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosque is fantastic
Staff were very good and accommodating - they made sandwiches for and all day tour as had to leave before kitchen was open

Cons:

Breakfast didn’t commence until 8 am - unable to access on final day had had to leave before it was open
Kitchen should open from 7sm

This was the real Istanbul experience with the main and holy places just at the doorstep

Pros:

Cudowna lokalizacja, zaraz obok Hagia Sophia. Doskonała baza wypadowa do najważniejszych atrakcji, ale też bez problemu komunikacją miejską można dotrzeć sprawnie nawet do części azjatyckiej.

Great introduction for our first trip to Turkey 🇹🇷
Pros:

Location near all the main attractions.
Very attractive staff at reception.Breakfast great.
In Old town so have to get out of taxi early and staff waiting to walk us and our luggage to the hotel. And also to taxi when we left. Thanks to Enes.
Very good cleaning staff especially Belgin.
Would recommend this hotel.

Cons:

The shower was a bit slippery. Needs a non slip mat.

Персонал, расположение и завтрак . Прекрасные люди работают на ресепшен и в зоне завтраков. Вкусные и разнообразные завтраки, расположение 10/10 если вам нужен этот район

Тут обращение к хозяину отеля! Номер с террасой был во многом неисправен.Жалюзи не работали, дверь тоже изнутри не открывалась.очень было грязно везде.особенно туалет. Нам предложили единственный свободный вариант( меньше номер намного) , другой номер и мы переселились. Была уже ночь и занавески закрывали все стены. Через день я обнаружила,что все стены в плесени чёрной ! Мы спали и вдыхали это. В ванной за ограждением тоже плесень. В переписки сказали,чтобы мы сразу предупредили о таких вещах,но куда бы нам поселили, если номеров сказали больше нет,эта плесень не за день и не за неделю появилась. Так же грязный унитаз. Дверь в туалет вообще никакой изоляции не имеет, кроме визуальной

Pros:

La posizione non potrebbe essere migliore: dalla camera si ha una vista mozzafiato di Santa Sofia e Sultanhamed è letteralmente a due passi. Lo staff dell'hotel è eccezionale, gentilissimo (hanno trasportato loro le nostre valigie dal limite della zona pedonale alla struttura). Camera molto grande e comoda, con tutti i comfort essenziali. Se proprio devo cercare un difetto, si vede che non è una struttura modernissima, ma è normale data la zona. Il nostro soggiorno è stato purtroppo molto breve, trattandosi di una sosta di una sola notte in attesa di riprendere il viaggio per altra destinazione, ma ce lo siamo goduto!

Cons:

Sostanzialmente nulla. Ecco, a titolo di suggerimento per la struttura, tenere un po' di pane senza glutine per clienti celiaci (come mia moglie) potrebbe essere un modo per migliorare ancora la qualità del servizio offerto.

Pros:

The location is superb - literally right next to the Hagia Sophia, in the heart of Sultanahmet (you really can’t be in a better location than this). Excellent breakfast and attentive service, staff are very helpful. Very comfortable bed and really quiet rooms, which is surprising given how busy the area is. Great AC unit in the room too.
