Pros:

breakfast was varied and delicious and excellent. We sat outside which was very pleasant. The service was great.

Замечательное местоположение отеля. Можно пешком прогуляться до многих достопримечательностей. Приятный персонал и вкусные завтраки. В отеле тихо, все располагает к отдыху.

Pros:

Centralissima posizione SUPER!!! camera spaziosa, bagno grande con tutti i confort. Vista spettacolare. Colazione abbondante. Staff molto cordiale in particolare OMER che si è fatto carico di trasportare tutti i bagagli

La mejor ubicación
Pros:

Ubicación perfecta, a metros de Tranvía, Santa Sophia, Mezquita Azul, Basílica Cisterna (al frente) y palacio Topkapi. Buen desayuno y personal muy amable. Especial mención a Ömer.

Cons:

Lamentablemente nunca nos funcionó el frigobar, a pesar que lo cambiaron (hubo preocupación) pero nunca logró helar.

Pros:

Locatie!!! Top pal naast Aya Sophia en naast tram 1 die erg nuttig is voor vervoer naar andere bezienswaardigheden. Istanbul kaart is een must. Hotel serveert - prijzig!! - ontbijt met veel diverse gerechten [kaas/vlees/fruit etc] en keuzemogelijkheid uit diverse ei varianten. Koffie en thee wordt kosteloos na geserveerd. Men spreekt Engels. Buiten klein terras met prachtig uitzicht en desgewenst voldoende alcoholische dranken naar keuze.

Cons:

Wiebelige ontbijttafels zijn riskant; even leunen en alles dreigt van tafel te vallen. Hotel entree [heuveltje op] zal bij regen en nat weer voor sommige reizigers problematisch zijn. Onze kamer [28] kon wel een face-lift gebruiken; loszittend behang en
weinig stopcontacten. Uitzicht op blinde muur. Hiervoor kamer 35 maar daar wel wat lawaai van tram en kraan die pergolator mistte = natte boel. Verder goed geslapen.

Great location
Pros:

Fantastic location, opposite the Basilica Cistern, walking distance to restaurants.
Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Staff were helpful. Bfast was good.

Cons:

Shower leaked, the room phone didn’t work and the TV was having a lot of problems.

It was in a no car area so had to take luggage up a very rocky path. But staff were helpful with that

Wonderful!
Pros:

The hotel is located just adjacent to the Hagia Sophia and within walking distance of all major tourist sites around Sultan Ahmet square. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The included breakfast is extensive. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back

Pros:

В первую очередь хотелось бы похвалить вид из номера на Айя-Софию и Голубую мечеть.
Сотрудники отеля были очень вежливы и всегда были готовы прийти на помощь, особенно хотелось бы поблагодарить администратора Хакана, всегда был готов помочь по всем вопросам связанных с номером, а также с экскурсиями.
Завтраки отличные, несколько видов блюд на выбор (в основном с яйцом), напитки на выбор чай/кофе, лимонад/сок, и традиционный turkish breakfast. Также довольно неплохие цены на небольшие блюда в кафе при отеле, относительно других заведений в Султанахмете, вполне себе хорошие цены и хорошее качество.
Сам номер был достойно обставлен, имеется сейф, телевизор, мини-холодильник, капсульная кофемашина с капсулами от отеля. В ванной комнате фен, душ, унитаз со встроенным гигиеническим душем.
Транспортная доступность в целом хорошая, можно пешком дойти до метро через Босфор, на одинаковом расстоянии от отеля находятся трамвайные станции Гюлхане и Султанахмет. В целом для любителей пеших прогулок можно пешком дойти и до порта Эминёню.
Буквально в 1-2 минутах ходьбы находятся главные, по моему мнению, достопримечательности Стамбула Базилика Цистерна, Айя-София, Голубая Мечеть, Топкапы, Ипподром. Очень удобно для тех, кто собрался в путешествие именно по историческим местам Стамбула.
Из удобств для туристов также буквально в том же квартале есть обменник валют, на момент поездки обмен рублей на лиры там был самый выгодный из всех, тех что встречали в Стамбуле, по долларам и евро по-моему встречал получше в районе трамвайной остановки и у рынков.

Cons:

Самый существенный минус, который нам достался это не закрывающаяся дверь в душе, возможно в других номерах с этим дела обстояли лучше, но в нашем было так. Приходилось изнутри чем-то подпирать эту дверь, но вода всё равно просачивалась в саму ванную комнату.
Справедливости ради было предложено поменять комнату, но мы уже разложились в этой и решили остаться там.
Проблему с водой в ванной решили тем, что попросили дополнительные полотенца чтобы их стелить под дверь душа.
Ну и из мелких замечаний это общая усталость мебели в номере, но только исключительно внешне, сама мебель все функции выполняла.

Centrally located hotel with a great view of Hagia Sophia.
Pros:

Great generous breakfast spread with olives, cheeses, honey, jams and breads along with freshly prepared eggs- so good. Close to all the sights within walking distance. Across the street from the newly opened Basilica cisterns. Warm Turkish hospitality!

Cons:

There were some minor problems with the first room we got specifically the terrace door would not open, and some closet lights would stay on. The staff gave us another room which was perfect.

Centrally located Hotel to all attractions nearby. Staff excellent too. Highly recommend.
Pros:

Our room was upgraded on arrival which was very special. We had a large, clean room with a balcony looking out to Hagia Sophia. The room was air-conditioned and there was an elevator provided for our baggage. Location was very central to other touristy attractions as well and nearby were many restaurants. A Turkish breakfast was included and was lovely. Staff were exceptional in their assistance.

Cons:

Our only complaint was that we were provided a balcony but couldn't use it as there was a problem with the door that needed fixing.

Excellent séjour dans un hôtel idéalement situé, avec un personnel attentionné et une superbe vue sur Sainte-Sophie
Pros:

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l’emplacement idéal de l’hôtel, à quelques pas de Sainte-Sophie, de la Mosquée Bleue et de la Citerne Basilique.

La chambre était propre, confortable et offrait une magnifique vue directe sur Sainte-Sophie.

Le délicieux petit-déjeuner turc (kahvaltı), très copieux, était servi chaque matin entre 8h et 11h.

Nous tenons également à souligner la gentillesse et le professionnalisme du personnel, notamment Hakan et Ömer, toujours disponibles pour répondre à nos demandes et rendre notre séjour encore plus agréable.

Cons:

Une coupure d’eau provenant du réseau de la ville est survenue le dernier jour de notre séjour. Malgré ce désagrément indépendant de leur volonté, l’hôtel a réagi rapidement en mettant gratuitement des bouteilles d’eau à notre disposition pour nous dépanner.
