We had a great stay and would come back again.
Pros:

The hotel was very central, rooms were clean and comfortable, staff were helpful and friendly and breakfast was substantial.

Beautiful hotel with fantastic staff in great location
Pros:

Excellent location near major sights, good restaurants and trams. Staff is very attentive and responsive. Shout out to Omer who handled per bags and helped with any questions or issues we had. Fantastic and filling breakfast! We didn’t need lunch! Our beautiful room had a terrace that overlooked Hagia Sophia! A lovely view.

Cons:

The only criticism is that the shower floor was extremely slippery!

Pros:

Prime location with access to tram. Clean, nice decor.

Pros:

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt! Zum Frühstück konnten optimal noch weitere Eierspeisen oder z.B. Pancakes bestellt werden. Das Hotel hat für alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Region eine super Lage. Wir haben alles zu Fuß erreichen können. Die Tram-Station ist nicht weit weg.

Cons:

Wir hatten überlesen, dass es wegen dem Morgengebet auch zeitweise laut ist. Das Hotel ist außerdem nicht mit dem Taxi direkt zu erreichen. Das macht die Anreise etwas komplizierter. Das Hotel hilft aber gerne weiter

The hotel is in an excellent location. It's very clean and comfortable and the staff were extremely helpful, particularly Omer, who helped us with our luggage when we arrived and departed. The breakfast was a wonderful selection of savoury and sweet treats

Schöner Aufenthalt in sehr sehenswerter Metropole
Pros:

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr zentral und nahe an den bekannten Sehenswürdigkeiten im alten Zentrum.
Das Personal, vor allem beim Frühstück, war sehr freundlich.
Das Frühstück wurde serviert (kein Buffet) und war vielfältig. Bei Bedarf konnte einzeln nachbestellt werden (ohne Aufpreis)

Cons:

Neben den Betten war beidseitig sehr wenig Platz.
Nur 1 Steckdose im Zimmer und 1 Steckdose im Bad.
Die Duschtür war am 2. Tag defekt und konnte nicht mehr geschlossen werden, ein Spalt von ca 20 cm blieb offen. Trotz umgehender Meldung bei der Rezeption wurde die Tür bis zur Abreise nicht repariert. Man musste beim Duschen stets darauf achten, dass man das Badezimmer nicht zu sehr flutet.
Der Ruf des Muezzins von der benachbarten Hagia Sophia weckt auch bei geschlossenem Fenster bereits vor 5 Uhr in der Früh.

Istanbul was more than we anticipated.

Pros:

The team was wonderful, so friendly, attentive, and kind. We arrived at the hotel very early in the morning and were greeted with coffee and a warm welcome. The team recommended places to dine and organised tours for us. Nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast is not to be missed. We are looking forward to returning soon.

The hotel was right in the center of the old town, within 5 minutes walk from 4 monuments. the breakfast was really great. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Perfect choise for a long weekend
Pros:

Hotel is placed on a really good location. Breakfast was perfect. Size of the room is good and the bed was comfortable. Staff were really helpful.
