Unfortunately hotel was busy and I had twin beds and asked for a king or double but was told none available

Warm welcome, Super Clean, Comfortable Beds, great food.
Nothing although I did park on the road to avoid the £16 per day car park fee and the pool closes early so we never got to go in it.

The ambience was apart from the odd aircraft very pleasant and relaxing.
The food, portion size presentation and flavour just right. An excellent bar menu after the restaurant closed.

Very small room, could hear every word my neighbours said, very loud staff door next to it that got used between 1am and 6am.
Not good value for money for the low quality
We are a Family of 5 in 3 rooms booked in for one night for after a Graduation.
Rooms were lovely; staff amazingly friendly and helpful. Fabulous meal in Marco’s that night which was a last minute decision as we were all shattered and couldn’t face the planned evening in Nottingham centre. Best decision. Marco’s was delicious and Service exceptional. Thank you all, you really made the whole day - the icing on the cake :0)
Staff were very helpful. Room was clean and had everything we needed. it was very handy to have EV charging in the car park. Breakfast was good too.
The sound insulation within the hotel was poor. We could hear people using the lavatory in adjoining rooms, plus a lot more noise. The shower/bath selection did not work and it was impossible to turn on the cold tap there resulting in a very hot shower. Surely this should have been noticed by the cleaners and reported and the room should not have been used until this was repaired.
When we were able to report it the housekeeper was very quick to give us access to another bathroom
Driving up to the hotel it doesn’t fill you with the confidence it should. What an amazing find! Beautiful inside, cannot fault the welcome and the staff throughout our stay. On a hot summer day the cool welcome towel and canned, chilled water were a very nice touch. The bed was so comfortable and air con lovely. The room was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. Lovely bar area, the Marco Pierre restaurant was lovely, a few issues with service but no question these were handled promptly, efficiently and we cannot fault this. Breakfast was relaxing and of very nice quality. I cannot wait to return.
