Cleanliness of the room. Uncomfortable and squeaky bed. Soundproofing of the walls are really not good.
Dinner in Marco's was great although the steak I ordered was a little on the less tender side. Room service was good, although you were out of stock of a couple items I wanted to order. In the end, the pizza that I ordered (super plain tomatoe, basil, cheese) was great.
Room was not ready at 3pm as expected, and I even called ahead to ask if I could check-in earlier. I understand the volume of room make-ups possibly required that day, but no compensation nor offer for late check-out or anything, was even mentioned.
The location was spot on for our 3 dance events. Room was good size and very comfortable beds and pillows. Staff were very helpful and friendly.
The shower screen was the other side of the bath handle. So when using the shower water leaked onto the floor

How clean and relaxed it was
We arrived with our 2 year old at 10pm after a long.journey. I requested a cot and asked for it to be made up on our arrival. We arrived - the cot was made up with a cot sheet and ready for transfer! We booked the Junior suite and all the mini bar items were included which was a lovely surprise!
No pen to request breakfast to be delivered to our room.
