Way over priced accommodations for reasons stated.
Pros:

Breakfast was great - - staff were great that assisted with breakfast.

Cons:

They had a sign saying they were short staffed and rooms would not be cleaned. Since they knew that, they could have notified me so I could have stayed at a different hotel.
The front staff person - - RAY - - was rude and not helpful when I attempted to explain my point of view. As soon as I started talking, he picked up a stack of mail and started looking through it and made NO attempt to even appease my concerns.
Part of the gym equipment was out of service the entire week.

A tired and rundown Best Western
Pros:

Location was good and easy to find, close to restaurants and other facilities, and was convenient for our travels.

Cons:

The staff were young and not well trained, there seemed to be a general shortage of staff, they had a temporary manager in from out of state. It was old fashioned Mexican style motel in need of an upgrade and it needed a good clean and repaint as well as upgrades to the facilities. It did not justify the Plus status.

Quarto confortável, limpeza OK, café da manhã OK.

Cons:

Senão relevante e de simples solução: falta de uma tomada e de ponto de iluminação nas imediações da escrivaninha, o que faz com que para usar computador não apenas se fica "no escuro" como se depende da bateria do computador. Uma tomada e abajur com tomada, como é comum nos hotéis nos EUA, resolveriam o problema.

You usually know what to expect.
Generally clean.

Cons:

Fitted Sheets would not stay on the bed.
Pillows need replacing. Towels thinner than other Best Westerns.

Request for housekeeping after 2 nights not fulfilled. We had to put our used linens and trash in the hall, where it remained overnight. Calls left at front desk ignored. I went down to lobby and got clean towels, paper goods and sundries myself.
If I wanted to do housework, I could have stayed home.

This is UNACCEPTABLE for this chain.

Good hotel for your stay in the Santa Fe area.
Pros:

Spacious room and hotel in Santa Fe colors. Comfortable bed and shower. Close to restaurants and shopping mall. Close to I 25 and downtown Santa Fe. Plenty of (free) parking space.

Cons:

Room with connecting door, you can literally hear the tv and people in the room next to you. No extra cleaning possible due to “staff shortages”. Only high carb breakfast items.
