Front desk service was great

Cons:

Not clean. Bed dirty. Did not get cleaning service. I stayed two nights. The food was not good. Cleaning ladies were very rude. I only saw them on the hall but never cleaned our room

Nice place to stay in Santa Fe.
Pros:

They were able to accommodate us & our camper just before the holiday wkend. Nice hotel, staff was wonderful.

Cons:

Although we thought the breakfast was great, it was supposed to be 6-10am, after 9 things are running low or empty.

Everything was great but there is always room for improvement staff was really friendly and helpful great staff for breakfast and room service

Our toilet wouldn't flush properly. I informed front desk and was told to call my booking agency. The tub was dirty.
