Very good experience at a reasonable price in a convenient location.
Pros:

The room was very comfortable, large, and clean. The shower was good, hot water heated up quickly, and for the most part it was much quieter than we expected for a peri-urban area. The breakfast included eggs and both bacon and sausage, which was great to discover - I don't eat bread, pastries, waffles, cereal, etc. so can't really trust when people say the breakfast was great when I know many folks, especially on vacation, load up on sugar & starch in the morning. They had a full range of things - although I would have loved a hard-boiled egg since scrambled on a cafeteria line gets dry and not as good pretty quickly. The breakfast staff were on their toes cleaning up after messy folks, too, and we left a tip (not required).
The front desk was instantly responsive when we called about a noise problem next-door in the middle of the night.

Cons:

The people next door came home from the bars around 2 or 3 AM and were very noisy. Then a car full of girls arrived. I won't say they were procured but it was the last straw so we called the front desk, and they were at the door knocking to tell them to cut it out almost instantly. Very much appreciated although I personally could not get back to sleep after being awakened. Not the hotel's fault, and as I say they were very responsive. Maybe when the place is not crowded don't put any guests next door to each other.

This hotel needs to give you a map to find your room.
Pros:

The room was okay, but the lighting in the bath area was terrible. I was forced to take a lamp from the sitting area and place it near the sink so that I could have enough light to put on my makeup.

Cons:

When we arrived, it took forever for this person to find our reservation. Then they never explained how to find our room. Now, this may seem odd, but the rooms in this hotel are not easy to understand, and the signs pointing to the rooms make no sense at all. On one side of the building are ALL THE ODD-numbered rooms, and the EVEN-numbered rooms are completely on the other side of the building. No one at the desk bothered to explain that or give us a map of the building. I had to help a guest find her room. Everyone had the same issue. Breakfast was not good. Items that should have been kept hot were cold.

It's a very nice place and the service is excellent. The room is large and comfortable and it was very clean.

Cons:

The one exception is that the room smelled musty. While the room was very clean, but I suspect the carpet might be what was causing the musty smell.

Staff always pleasant

Cons:

Room was very musty and damp feeling. Refrigerator was left open and leaking onto the floor. I cleaned it up. Turned air on to help with the air. I had a bad headache and went to sleep
