Wonderful place to land while seeing Nice!
Pros:

The location was great! It was extremely clean and well decorated with a true vacation vibe! Staff was great! We opted for the breakfast and there was a large variety to choose from!

Cons:

There was construction happening in the store next to the property making it hard to be dropped off, but that won't be permanent so don't let it stop your reservation!

Perfecta ubicacion respecto a casco antiguo, playa, y estacion de trenes

Cons:

Las piezas que tienen orientación hacia la calle de atrás (terraza interior del hotel), están muy bien, pero las que tienen orientación a la calle principal no tienen doble panel en las ventanas, por ende, mala aislación, y nos tocó un nivel de ruido de la calle muy alto (música en la calle, recolectores de basura, bocinas), durante varias horas. No fue una buena noche. Pedimos cambio de pieza, y el hotel accedió de manera muy correcta y ágil, y lo agradecemos.

De lo contrario probablemente, hubiera preferido cambiarme a otro hotel. (fue un miercoles (ni siquiera fin de semana), fue nuestra primera noche de cinco noches en el hotel. Absolutamente todo lo demás estuvo muy bien. Lo del ruido se solucionaria simple con ventanas dobles de aislación.

A great place for a solo vacation.
Pros:

Great location: about a 5-minute walk to the beach, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The area felt safe.
Tea and coffee are available 24/7, which is a nice touch.
The staff were friendly and welcoming.

Cons:

Poor soundproofing: you can hear almost every movement in the hallway and neighboring rooms, and the street noise is noticeable from early morning until late at night.
The breakfasts were very average and nothing special.

Am găsit apartamentul în stare deplorabilă: mâncare pe mobilă , mizerie, miros foarte urat, haine întinse pe uscător în sufragerie, mobilier vechi. Nu am putut rămâne acolo.

Tesisin konumu iyiydi. Tren istasyonuna 10-15 dk yurume mesafesindeydi. Tramway ve otobus duraklarina yakin

The hotel did look like it was showing wear and tear in a few places. Also the lift was broken.
