Perfect location and stay in Nice
Pros:

Great location to beach, tons of restaurants, pharmacies and small convenience store across the street, Also easy ride share pickup area and 15 minutes from airport.. All the staff were kind, and very helpful.

Cons:

Some of the rooms are very small but they do have larger ones. This is common in many countries and we knew that ahead of our visit.

I will never go back!
Pros:

The location was ideal! Right by the beach and Promenade Des Anglais. Tourist area with lots to do.

Cons:

Way too expensive for what you get. Staff was not helpful. No restaurant. We rented a junior suite and it was no bigger than a normal hotel room. The refrigerator was the tiniest one I had ever seen. Maybe 3ft by 3ft. The hotel had no ice and I had to find a store to go buy my own. There were no dressers or drawers in the room to put clothing, so we were forced to live out of our suitcases. There was a small bar to hang some clothes, but when I asked for hangers, they only gave me 2. Bed was extremely uncomfortable.

Overall, I would stay here again, great location, friendly staff, and clean rooms.
Pros:

The property was centrally located to a plethora of cafes, restaurants, and shops. It was also close proximity to the promenade Anglais. The staff were very friendly and attentive.

Cons:

The room was very small.

excellen location, nice cosy room . lovely lady doing breakfasts. good choice for breakfast.
Pros:

The lady working in the restaurant for breakfast was lovely. worked very hard on her own replenishing the food and tidying up. free bottle of wine and lemondae in the fridge. lovely toiletries. would definatly return. excellent location ony couple minutes walk to the beach. good pub/restaurant 1 minute across the road. easy acces to the train station and tram to the airport. was able to leave our luggae after check up and use the shower after a busy hot day sigh seeing before we headed back to the airport which was great at no extra cost.

Cons:

air con was very tempremental, our toilet did not flush but reception were very prompt in fixing it for us. Had to go to reception fr a bottle opener and 2 wine glasses but not a problem,
