Pros:

The staff were really helpful. Shell especially, I was there for a sad occasion and she took the time to speak with us making sure we had everything we needed and was amazingly friendly making me feel at easy and it was very much appreciated.

Pros:

Location was excellent. Very clean. I stayed in the suite and the room was very spacious.

The bed was small even though said it was aligned size and the shower wasn’t very powerful.

The staff were super friendly and helpful

Cons:

There was no Aircon in the room. There was a fan in the wardrobe, but this just pushed warm around. The Wi-Fi was on the blink.
No kettle in the room so you have to go down into the main lobby to make yourself a hot drink.

Pros:

Prima hotel voor een nachtje op doorreis. Personeel heel aardig. Basic hotel, we hebben geen ontbijt genomen dus daar kan ik niets over zeggen

Amazing exceptional staff!
Pros:

We stayed here to attend a family wedding, it also happened to be my birthday. The staff went above and beyond they put flowers and a Birthday card in our room. such a lovely touch.
The hotel is clean, and the breakfast was good.
The staff are all so friendly.
We had a really enjoyable stay.

Well worth staying here, i'll definately be back when i go to Brands Hatch
Pros:

For once i had a hot breakfast, most of the time when i stay in these places the breakfast is luke warm but this one was lovely to enjoy
The staff were so lovely and helpful and willing to help even the slightest thing was no trouble
