Good value stay
Pros:

We were visiting family so we did not try breakfast or dinner. We met several members of staff from the reception and the night porter, without exception we were made to feel extremely welcome and they had genuine interest in our stay.
We had a comfortable bed.
It has a large car park, which feels safe.

70s & 80s Reunion
Pros:

We chosen this hotel to stay as we've been here before in March. We had a group booking for an event in gravesend and with a party of 15 this was an ideal location. The staff here were very friendly and Shell was absolutely amazing making sure our stay was what we needed. The rooms were very clean and spacious with a lot of storage. The breakfast here is outstanding with everything you need from toast to cooked breakfast, juices and unlimited tea and coffee. This hotel is great value for money and I would definitely highly recommend.

Wedding guests

We stayed at the hotel as part of a wedding party group and had an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. The customer service was exceptional, and the whole team made us feel genuinely welcome throughout our stay.

A special mention has to go to Michelle, who looked after us so well and made sure we had everything we needed at every stage. Nothing was ever too much trouble for her, and she went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable, enjoyable, and stress-free. Her professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail really stood out and made a huge difference to our experience.

Thank you to Michelle and the entire team for helping make such a special occasion even more memorable. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again and highly recommend this hotel to others.

Team Manor delivered great service and the bed made for a good night’s sleep which is really what we are paying for.
Pros:

Clean, light and airy. Well decorated and presented. Location was spot on.

Cons:

Lack of windows and natural light in restaurant/lounge area. Nicely presented yet a window would’ve been superb.

Short but sweet overnighter at The Manor!
Pros:

My husband and I had a comfortable short stay at The Manor recently and found the hotel to be in a quiet location with very helpful staff.Nothing was too much trouble when we queried something and it was sorted out immediately. Nice friendly atmosphere, would return.
