Lovely staff and clean hotel
Pros:

Location - close to A2 and walking distance of a good pub. 10 min drive down to Rochester. Very helpful location.

It was a convenient & pleasant stay for one night.
Pros:

Location was ideal for my stay.
Breakfast was a reasonable selection.Would have sampled hot one if I was not going out for a celebration lunch!!

Pros:

The staff were really helpful. Shell especially, I was there for a sad occasion and she took the time to speak with us making sure we had everything we needed and was amazingly friendly making me feel at easy and it was very much appreciated.

Pros:

Location was excellent. Very clean. I stayed in the suite and the room was very spacious.

The friendly hotel!
Pros:

A small but friendly hotel. Food good value and quick. Staff are on the ball and very helpful. Breakfast was good. A large car park with barriers. Felt safe leaving van. Easy to find. Rooms clean and tidy.

Pros:

The staff were super friendly and helpful

Cons:

There was no Aircon in the room. There was a fan in the wardrobe, but this just pushed warm around. The Wi-Fi was on the blink.
No kettle in the room so you have to go down into the main lobby to make yourself a hot drink.
