WORST STAFF BEHAVIOR
I liked the picture given in Booking.com, which do not have much relation to the actual scenario!
Once I am about to reach the hotel with my family, I get a call from FAB to inform me that the hotel is having electricity issue and hence they are changing my hotel. Without even my consent, they have given me another hotel, which when I visited, found was in a totally messy & dirty area, one cannot stay alone or with family. Then I decided to go to hotel which I had booked initially, to find that itself located in a very dirty area. Here, Hotel was slightly okay and the staff was good. They told me that the fab group cheats customers accepting the booking and later taking them for a ride, leading to total unhappiness. Somehow, I got a room in the hotel after an hour of fighting with FAB. But, again the twist is that I booked the hotel with breakfast and FAB placed order to hotel without breakfast. I had to arrange my own breakfast later. PLEASE THINK TWICE IF YOU ARE BOOKING A FAB HOTEL. THEY ARE NOT TRUSTWORTHY!

Only the location
Nothing was good. Room was not clean. Bad smell was there through out. The room picture sent was different than the one I was offered to stay. Hopeless stay overall. My first booking was cancelled and FAB changed the booking on their own after I paid the advance. This was mere cheating. If FAB wishes customer relationship let someone from FAB call me and I shall explain the difficulties I had. I am thinking of writing in social media about FAB Hotel's treatment
I recently had the pleasure of staying at FabHotel Landmark Residency, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish.
From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the professionalism and warm hospitality of the staff. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I immediately felt welcomed and well taken care of.
The property itself is thoughtfully designed—clean, modern, and equipped with all the amenities one could need. My room was spacious, comfortable, and maintained to a high standard. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was a big plus for me as I had some work to catch up on.
