Great stay over all

I like the cleanliness of the room nd the comfort it brings nd the cable tv. Nd of course the breakfast 😋

But the window ciel had a few dead bugs behind the curtain.. not roaches or nothing but other types of small insects. Dead

Ants in the Bathroom

Cons:

It was not clean.
There was a swarm of ants in the bathroom area. When I told the front desk manager who barely spoke English he handed me some bug spray and walked away.
No follow up with us. No sorry. No nothing.

After we left they charged an extra 50 dollars to my card. When I called to get it refunded the man that answered the phone was not nice and refused to refund the 50 dollars.
He told me to F..k myself and called me a Mother F..ker and hung up.

My bank got my 50 dollars back for me.

Would never in a million years stay there again.

Pros:

Close to ac

Cons:

The place tucked it was filthy the room stunk with chemical cleaner. Garbage was scattered all over outside with management doing nothing about it. An invitation for rats and rodents to come.Breakfast also sucked. Bagels were frozen and thawing on the platter and bathroom adjacent to eating area was filthy. Avoid this place or you just might e d up sick.

Overall, the stay was convenient, comfortable and peaceful outside of the insect situation.
Pros:

Quiet, close to restaurants and Atlantic City. Spacious rooms

Cons:

Housekeeping never came. Had to go get my own towels, washcloths. Had an ant/gnat problem and the front desk gave me spray to take care of it myself. Was told to leave spray can outside of my door. Not much of a selection for breakfast. Bedspread needs to be replaced (timeworned and appeared to be outdated).

Last minute plan change...
Pros:

The bed was very comfortable. The room overall was decent.

Cons:

The mini refrigerator had a bad smell. Possible mold . But I didn't use it for that reason. It definitely needs a good disinfectanting.
