Grandes chambres propres avec une literie confortable. L'emplacement est super, aucun bruit à l'intérieur. La climatisation a bien fonctionné. Le personnel très gentil avec de grands sourires et le petit déjeuner vraiment bon avec des produits faits maison, ce qu'on ne voit pas de partout ! Rien à redire sur l'hôtel, garage très pratique et avantageux car dans le parking juste à côté la nuit est à 33€ alors que chez eux 20€. En bref, je vous recommande l'hôtel. Il n'est évidemment pas parfait, c'est un 3 étoiles de Grenoble, mais pour une ou plusieurs nuits sans problèmes majeurs.

Bathroom was spotless with lovely free soaps, room was a fair size with excellent aircon, it was quiet and the wifi was good enough for me to plug my AppleTV box into the TV and stream my favourite shows before bed! Decent breakfast and friendly staff. Perfectly located for local surroundings and if you're travelling by train its ideal!
This hotel far exceeded my expectations for the price but if I had to mention one thing it is that my keycard for my room needed to be replaced. No hassle at all really as the very friendly staff sorted it out straight away. No hassle with smiles!

Kasanın pili yok. çalışmıyor. sabah kahvaltısına 9:30 da indik. malzemelerin çoğu bitmişti. Söyleyince bir yumurta getirdiler. Diğerleri bitmişti. Kahvaltı salonunun lobinin devamında olduğunu, aynı havasızlığın orada da devam ettiğini söylemem gerekiyor. Ayrıca, bir otel odasında bulunması gereken temel bilgilendirmeler de yoktu.

we came with a big car it said parking but the car didn't fit.
the rooms where ok but didnt have a fresh smell.
they told us breakfast was till 10:30 when we came there was no food.

Petit-déjeuner vraiment excellent, avec qualité, variété et quelques produits locaux, une décoration vraiment moderne malgré l'ancienneté du bâtiment, en plein centre de Grenoble.
Tarifs assez élevés. Parking très difficile d'accès, étroit, et bloqué par un véhicule mal stationné à l'intérieur du parking lorsque nous y étions. Prévoir de se garer ailleurs si en véhicule.

I had called twice and emailed saying we would be very late .
On the day i also called and said we wouldnt reach the hotel until 1:30 am as we were stuck in tour france traffic .
I was told no worries desk is open 24 hrs.
The reality is very different. The doors locked and bolted.
Had ring bell staff member very rude saying your very late.
Clearly woken up.
