The breakfast

Cons:

My recent stay at this hotel was very disappointing. The staff were unwilling to accommodate even basic requests and came across as dismissive rather than helpful. Customer service felt cold and unprofessional throughout the stay.

The cleanliness of the room was also unacceptable. There were oily fingerprints visible on multiple surfaces, making the room feel poorly cleaned and unhygienic. The shower liner/curtain had visible stains, which was especially unpleasant in a bathroom setting.

Overall, the experience did not meet basic hospitality or cleanliness standards, and I would not choose to stay here again.
