Worth the steps!
Pros:

This hotel was well worth the travel down to Amalfi coast. We stopped for two nights as an extra to our honeymoon. The hotel was gorgeous and very well kept. Staff were very friendly and helpful, recommending restaurants and things to see and do.

Beautiful hotel with stunning views!
Pros:

Great stay at the hotel, perfect location . The staff were wonderful and very helpful with reservations, local information. The room was very clean, and nice balcony with a stunning view! bar area inside is more sports bar so not romantic setting but next to many other options!

We stayed at Hotel Pasitea for 3 nights with two young kids and it was excellent from start to finish. The room was spacious and comfortable with a great view - a real find in Positano, where space is at a premium. The staff were genuinely warm with our daughters, not just tolerant of kids but actively welcoming.

What set the hotel apart was the concierge support. They sorted several activity bookings for us without any hassle, and pulled off last-minute reservations at restaurants that would normally require weeks of notice; real local connections at work, not just a phone call to a booking line. That kind of on-the-ground help makes a huge difference on a family trip where plans change daily.

Highly recommend for families looking for a comfortable base in Positano with staff who’ll actually go out of their way for you.

Great boutique hotel. The staff are wonderful. Memory phone mattresses and pillows! I have a bad back and slept amazing here. Quiet, clean, incredible views!

TUTTO PERFETTO!

La struttura è magnifica, ha una delle viste migliori su Positano. La camera era curata nei minimi dettagli, pulizia perfetta, tutti i servizi necessari e opzionali, grande e spaziosa, una vera coccola. Sinceramente? Non potevamo chiedere di più! I ragazzi dello staff sono magnifici, gentili, disponibili a tutte le ore, per qualsiasi necessità hanno una soluzione e una risposta. Colazione ben organizzata, sia dolce che salata. Credo di non aver mai soggiornato in un hotel così bello, sul serio, lo consiglio davvero. Posizione molto facilmente raggiungibile ogni mezz'ora dal bus Interno Positano, ferma proprio davanti alla struttura. Non è quindi necessario avere un mezzo per spostarsi, passeggiata a gradini che scende in centro direttamente davanti all'ingresso della struttura. Ringrazio davvero per il meraviglioso week end, riuscito perfettamente anche grazie a questo hotel.

Cons:

Nulla da migliorare, è già perfetto così! Non saprei cosa chiedere più di quello che viene offerto.

Positano-tively the BEST!
Pros:

Gorgeous views, friendly staff, comfortable accommodations, everything you'll need on your trip to Positano. Convenient for the bus pickup, a wonderful breakfast everyday, a bar with simple, but delicious sandwiches. Convenient for laundry. wife and I thoroughly appreciated the amazing staff and accommodations here.

A beautiful and warm stay at a beautiful hotel
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay! My husband I were traveling for our anniversary, and on arrival they were kind enough to upgrade us to a top floor suite with jacuzzi and private terrace with a sea view. They also included free breakfast daily which was simple and delicious. The rooms are cleaned daily unless they are asked not to, and the staff was always welcoming and friendly. We also used the laundry service which was quick and easy and cost 35 euro per 5kg bag. The bar downstairs was a convenient place to watch soccer games to grab a quick drink. There is no restaurant for lunch/dinner but they do make a few sandwiches which were were good and easy options on the go. The hotel is conveniently located on the main road for easy car to curb drop off and for easy stair access across the street to the lower road into town. The walk up was mostly incline with only one large set of stairs. The bus also stops right out front, and the restaurant Nextdoor was delicious for lazy afternoon meals with a view. We had an amazing stay and would highly recommend Art Hotel! We hope to be back one day! Grazie Mille!

Don’t miss Hotel Pasitea for your Positano stay.
Pros:

We loved our stay with Hotel Pasitea. It was our first time in Positano and it was wonderful. There were four of us - me and my wife and our two kids - 14 y.o. boy and 11 y.o. girl. We stayed in the suite with an amazing view and they accommodated our sleeping arrangements. The hotel is in wonderful condition and super clean. The breakfast buffet was amazing - special mention to the fresh juicer station. They went out of their way to make sure we had great tables at the local restaurants. Gian Luca and all of the staff made everything happen for us effortlessly. Definitely would be a five star hotel if there was a pool - but we didn’t feel like we missed out on anything during our stay. Loved it.

Beautiful view and location but the service puts this hotel top notch!
Pros:

Hotel Pasitea is wonderfully located in the less crowded part of Positano but still close to everything. The rooms are lovely and clean with a beautiful view of the sea. I was pleasantly surprised to see a hair straightener in the room with the hairdryer. The hotel has a great breakfast area with an outdoor patio that we enjoyed every morning. The staff is the best part of the hotel! I cannot say enough about the staff at the Hotel Pasitea. We had the best service from the front desk to breakfast to Jacqueline Lounge bar staff in the evening. Ahmed, Gianluca, Simona, Francesco, Alessia, Brizio, Ciro and Lorenzo made our stay extra special. Each of them went above and beyond! We were always greeted with a smile and positive attitude and they would go out of their way to accommodate us. Taxis were booked, reservations made, etc. I highly recommend Hotel Pasitea for your next visit to Positano.
