Pros:

I like this spot. It's not secluded its a busy intersection. Clise to freeway and mall.

Cons:

Wish it had an outdoir hot tube. Pool is small but nice seating.

Worst ever in my life
Pros:

Cons:

Avoid this property at all cost, the reservation said there are 3 beds in the suite, but actually only have 2 beds. The hotel front desk provides no solution, and I had to slept on the floor.

The staff was great and the room was nice as expected for the price

Cons:

The location is next to a busy road - gps takes you to a street with no entrance - use a side street and linked parking lots

The hotel is conveniently located, there are quite a few businesses and restaurants in the area.
Pros:

The staff was so great, breakfast was offered and it was good. The shower pressure was fantastic! Bed and pillows were comfortable.

Cons:

The hotel is right next to the freeway and you do get freeway traffic noise, but it did not hinder my sleep.

Although the location was great..we will probably no stay at the BW Lanai in San Jose

It was a decent stay, breakfast much improved from last time, slight issues with restroom supplies not being stock fully
