Pros:

The rooms were a good size and two or more could move around comfortably. Check in and out was easy.

Cons:

Bathroom is claustrophobic. Only got 2 towels for our four night stay. Pool was ice cold. Smoking area had dangerous furniture and was dirty. The overnight desk person that is also responsible for putting breakfast out would be seen sleeping. Breakfast got put out late.

I liked that it was in a good place in the city and the night shift lady was great at her job as well

Cons:

I didn't like the fact that the pillows look like what would be on my couch meaning they were very small. I didn't like the fact that they had to come into our rooms several times for several issues. First issue was the TV was freezing up on us. Second once the TV worked, we realized the remote didn't match the TV. Third our refrwas making noises so loud that we had to unplug it to sleep. Fourth, half the plugs in in our room didn't not work as well, so we all had to alternate one plug in to charge our phones. I 100 percent would never recommend this place to anyone!

The pool area that was about it…

Cons:

Tv to small and was messing up sometimes, can be updated for it to be saying 4 stars online, i didn’t like the noise and bumping I hear above me and outside the doors

Close to highway. Pool was good.

Cons:

I rented 2 rooms. One room had NO towels and commode was broke with possibly urine in it. The other room had only 1 towel. I asked for towels for both rooms and only got them for 1 room, I asked a second time and received only 2 towels, no wash clothes or hand towels as requested.

Pros:

There was really nothing i liked about the stay. The room had no towels, there was hair all in a made up bed like it was clean and it wasn't my sheets were dirty and it was bodily fluids on the walls and they tried to say it was old paint.

Do not stay here! Ratings are definitely overstated!

We have stayed in 16 different hotels in this price range on a long trip to the attractions in the west, and this was by far, the WORST hotel we've been in! This hotel should definitely be a $70-80 place! The first impression was that the card sleeve that was handed to me had obviously been used many times before. (see pictures) The rooms are cramped and not clean (see pictures). They are outdated and the bathroom door wouldn't even close! The chairs in both rooms we occupied were stained and dirty. (see pictures) The bed sheets seemed to be clean and we didn't know where else to go so we stayed. The pictures in this Trip Advisor display are NOT representative of the condition of this place. This is the first time that I feel Trip Advisor steered us wrong, and we use it a LOT in our travels. Very disappointed in Comfort Suites!
