La recamara , había una puerta para pasarse a otra habitación, que igual había huéspedes, la verdad se escuchaba los ronquidos que pasaba por la puerta
La atención, habitación, el restaurante y la alberca.
Que los 2 primeros dias, el chapoteadero estaba sin servicio.
La ubicación del hotel porque está cerca de plazas y comercios. Las áreas verdes son muy agradables y permiten contar con espacios para descansar. Igualmente, que tengan hidratación (agua fría) en cada piso está súper bien.
El mantenimiento de la alberca pues el agua estaba turbia, así como que permitan hacer eventos o actividades de empresas en el jardín porque hacen mucho ruido e interrumpen el descanso de los huéspedes.

Leider nur das Personal. Sie waren sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.
Die Zimmer sind sehr heruntergekommen. Die Klimaanlage ist so laut, dass man unmöglich damit schlafen könnte. Zudem waren das Zimmer eher feucht, sodass die Kissen und Decken klamm waren. Das WLAN funktionierte nicht, sodass wir auch kein Netflix auf dem Fernseher nutzen konnten. Nach längerem Hantieren haben wir dann einen WLAN Verstärker bekommen, der auch nicht gut funktionierte. Außerdem ist es super hellhörig!
Ja das Hotel ist günstig, aber es erfüllt nicht mal die Minimalstandards.
The breakfast on Sunday was delicious! We chose what we wanted from a large variety of typical breakfast items to foods native to Chiapas. Topped off with the best coffee in Mexico!
The beds were so comfortable and staff was friendly and helpful.
You can hear outside talking and machinery at times.

El desayuno fue excelente, ofrecían comida típica y muchas opciones de platillos, todo delicioso 😋, El lugar es muy tranquilo, con muchas áreas verdes y cerca de muchas plazas y lugares para salir. Definitivamente volveremos.
Por lo general me gusta tener una cafetera en la habitación y en mi habitación no tenía :( fuera de eso todo genial.
