Un soggiorno con luci e ombre
Pros:

La vicinanza alla ciclovia, che era il motivo per cui avevo scelto questa struttura: si parte praticamente da lì. Il parcheggio gratuito per auto e bici è comodo, e la colazione è abbondante. Personale cortese e prezzi onesti.

Cons:

La struttura avrebbe bisogno di una sistemata e dal vivo non rende proprio come nelle foto dell'annuncio. Le pareti delle camere e dei corridoi sono parecchio segnate e sporche, e il letto in era appoggiato su una di queste pareti, non il massimo dell'igiene diciamo: una tinteggiata cambierebbe completamente l'impressione oltre che rinfrescare un ambiente già vecchio di per sé.

Le lenzuola si cambiano ogni tre giorni. Per un'allergia della pelle ho avuto bisogno di anticipare il cambio a cui avevo comunque diritto, e non ci sono stati problemi. Togliendole però ho trovato sotto un coprimaterasso sottilissimo e bucato in più punti. Le lenzula sono anch'esse molto sottili. Senza aria condizionata e con il caldo, non è il massimo pensare a cosa ci finisce sotto. In generale, preferirei muri più puliti e letti più igienici - visto che ci dormono centinaia di persona - piuttosto che il servizio di pulizia quotidiano della camera, di cui alla fine si può fare a meno per un breve soggiorno. Lo stesso vale per gli spazi comuni: la terrazza dove c'è la possibilità di stendere i panni è parecchio sporca e trascurata, e il ripostiglio per le bici seppur grande e ben attrezzato, entrandoci dentro si sente un odore acre davvero forte.

La camera dava sul campo da calcio e non è insonorizzata. Al mattino si sentono anche le signore delle pulizie che chiacchierano nei corridoi.
Il mare non è proprio sotto casa e Oneglia con il porto è abbastanza lontana. Per finire mancherebbe una lavanderia: chi si ferma qualche giorno o lava a mano o va alla self in centro, che costa parecchio.

Ottima accoglienza e disponibilità della signora, possibilità di parcheggio interno, ottima colazione con dolce e salato (torte, biscotti, crostate, cornetti, marmellata, Nutella, salame, prosciutto, uova, caffè, tè, cappuccino, ecc.
Purtroppo non avendo usufruito apprezzata la possibilità di cena completa a 18 euro.
