Terrible experience. The room was dirty, facilities were below average, and the staff seemed uninterested. Not worth the money.

Nothing at all. It was a horrible mess.
Hated everything had an exyremelly bad night on that torn bedsheet. Smelly room,with cockroaches roaming on floor, taps in washrm not running, dirty washroom, no hot water for morning bath.

It was dirty... Messy. The towels had holes in them and there were tiny cockroaches everywhere. No hot water in bathroom.
Nothing , please immediately delist this property, it is cannot be called a hotel , even Saraya would have been better … not a room , not a washroom , not a bed nothing is good , it is occupied by cockroaches, dirt and foul smell ….
Everything, rooms, faculty, management behaviour of the manager/owner , overall worst…. They should stop operating … and making discomfort to the guests like us who without knowing the conditions booked this hotel

Pathetic & Terrible Place to Stay. Not suitable for even a single person. You will have a feel of living in hell every single second. Property Management very poor, disrespectful, unprofessional behaviour. No TV working, AC out of order, No body wash, No hand wash, No dental Kit, No clean or disposable slippers, Cheap unbranded mineral water, nasty bedding, Poor room service, poor cleanliness, very unhygienic and disgusting rooms. Words can’t explain I am attaching some pictures for your reference to view the hell property. I don’t understand how the platforms like hotels.com allows such property listing on there webpage. Shame ! Not using hotels.com ever again after this. I request for refund multiple times but nothing happened.
