Located just off Interstate 37 and 10 minutes’ walk from the Aiden San Antonio Riverwalk, this hotel features free Wi-Fi. Hemisfair Park and the Tower of the Americas are 5 minutes’ drive from the Best Western. The Alamo is less than 1 mile away.

Overall the best place to stay for any event at the Alamodome.
Pros:

I was going to a concert at the Alamodome so the location was PERFECT! A very easy walking distance, and it was so nice after the concert to be back at the hotel so quickly. It was also nice that the bar/lounge was open after the concert so we were able to have a drink and some snacks to relax after the show. There were many other people from the concert doing the same thing talking about the incredible show we just saw. I would honestly never stay anywhere else if I were going to another show at the Alamodome.

Cons:

Overall nothing negative to say, the valet was quick and easy, if anything, when we were checking in they were out of luggage trolleys and it would have been nice to have one available.

location was perfect for walking distance to the Alamodome as well as the riverwalk area. there are lots of cute cafes and places to eat. having the parking was very nice as well even if it seems a little expensive if you are already paying to stay, it was comparable in price to other surface level lots.

Cons:

parking was a tad expensive but only because you are already paying to stay at the hotel. for price alone, it is comparable to the surface level lots. cafe downstairs was overpriced and coffee wasn't great.

Has become my new go to hotel for San Antonio.
Pros:

I love the new style feel to the hotel. The location was fantastic especially since it was close to the Alamodome. The employees were very friendly and professional.

Cons:

Only negative I would have is that the coffee machine wasn’t properly cleaned.

For the price, I definitely feel like we got great value for our stay and would stay here again.
Pros:

The location was perfect for us because it was right around the corner from my graduation, which made everything so convenient. The hotel was very clean, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The room had everything we needed, and we felt comfortable during our stay. We were only there for one night, but I honestly wish we could have stayed longer. I would definitely stay here again if I’m ever back in the area.

Cons:

More of a pet peeve, especially since it seems like all hotels are doing it now, but I didn’t like that we had to pay for parking. There really wasn’t anywhere else to park, and since we were traveling with a large group, the parking fees definitely added up. We were told we could park on the street, but we would be taking the chance of getting a ticket. Since I’m not from the United States, I definitely wasn’t willing to risk that.

CUTE BUT LOUD
Pros:

The hotel had a nice feel … trying to be sort of upper class and funky, but it really is still the best western.

Cons:

The worst thing about the property and I will be calling about this maybe even the city of San Antonio - there was very loud drag, racing right out our window all night long. Neither one of us got any sleep. If you guys wanna keep this hotel afloat, you need to work with the city and the police department to get a stop to this.

Muy buen lugar!!
Pros:

Me gustó mucho el hotel! Tiene mucho encanto, super padre decorado, tiene un cafecito muy rico y hasta pude conectarme a conferencias de trabajo, suuuper limpio y comodo!! El trato del personal igual muy bueno, sin duda volveremos.

Cons:

Que en la mañana no había agua y jamás regresó! Fué algo externo al hotel pero fué lo único.
