The staff, rooms and decor are amazing.
Pros:

The outside does not do the inside justice. The decor, cleanliness and staff are outstanding. The location makes it very easy to walk or Uber short distances to get to anything riverwalk.

Cons:

Nothing.

Best compliment I can give. I would definitely stay there again.
Pros:

A gem at a very good price. We were just going to stay one night and look for a better place next day. We liked it so much we stayed for a week.

Cons:

Its next to the Alamodome stadium. The pandemonium outside the hotel was a bit much when the homestead won a game.
A comment about San Antonio in general; they love loud cars and running them fast at night. Be prepared.

Pros:

Staff super friendly, still smell like new , room very nice and modern , love it, valet parking is optional 30 bucks , I wish they include it in the price so there is no option to take it or not, valet can be a plus for the stay.

Cons:

There is a bar on the basement but only opens 2 days from 6pm to 12am, :(

A nicely decorated, well managed hotel which I would very much recommend
Pros:

This was a really nice hotel , really close to the amtrak station (which we wanted) and around a 15 minutes walk into San Antonio downtown. It's on a busy road but our room was very quiet. Although they didn't supply free bottled water (which many hotels do) they had an ice machine on the floor. The lobby was really airy and nicely decorated in cool colours and interesting pictures, and the staff were efficient and friendly. Our room was very large and comfy and well decorated too with good facilities and a big, modern bathroom. We didn't have breakfast there but there is a Denny's very close by which we went to. A really good, well managed hotel which I would certainly recommend.

Breakfast was convenient and good. Location was great for quick access to the Riverwalk. Valet staff was very helpful and courteous. Cars were always available quickly.
