Pros:

Had money stolen from me ratchet hoodlings walking around freely Roaming through the parking lot from the beach and my deposit was kept for smoking in the room in the winter room I never went in until 5:00 a.m. in the morning and went to sleep never even lit a cigarette

I have stated this property before and I was impressed. I had a great room. Everything was very nice. I enjoyed it so much that I came back as I travel for the conventions and this was a family trip. However, this experience this time was horrible. I got to the room late so upon taking a shower, the shower drain was clogged so we all had to wait to take showers for a long period of time and this is like 11 o’clock at night. Also, my daughter slept on a sofa bed when wake up in the morning, she realized there was dirty underwear of a previous guest. Very disgusting. It was late at night and I had to get up early again to go to the convention I was assisting with my girls. She also had a cockroach crown on her, which led her to not be able to sleep and unfortunately, we paid $800 for this booking. You can imagine paying all that money mind you we were not in the room all day and I did not have the time or the money to book anywhere else so we close the sofa bed up and just had the girl squeeze in one bed and took the other one with me so I went to the main office reported it to the front desk lady who was very sweet and nice the next day she did apologize but they couldn’t even change the room because they were sold out. I just feel like they really didn’t care. She said the manager would reach out to me, but she didn’t just very disappointing. I traveled five hours to get there. It was just a bad experience. I hope no one else has to go through this. I will definitely not be staying here no longer, which is sad because my first day here was great and then to experience this my biggest issue is that I guess it was normal for them and they did not even care or prioritize like $800 is a lot of money for two nights

Had a great time with our kiddos and really enjoyed the dog park area on site. Nice surprise.
