Review Highlights

Pros:
Friendly, helpful staff / good reception
Convenient parking (including for cars)
Good location for stadium/events and nice views from some rooms
Comfortable beds
Pet-friendly options (dog-friendly, snacks for gluten-free)
Cons:
Limited / disappointing breakfast (little variety, not local, sometimes not hot)
Rooms dated and maintenance issues (mold in shower, stained curtains, doors scraping, old fridge/AC)
Perceived poor value for money; extra/unexpected charges
Some locations require a car (limited public transport access)

Categories

Cleanliness
7.8
Generally praised in several reviews (explicit mentions of 'pulizia', 'struttura è pulita'); however isolated reports of stained curtains and mold in the shower lowered this slightly.
Service
8.4
Consistently positive comments about friendly, welcoming and helpful staff/reception (multiple mentions of 'staff gentile', 'receptionist molto cordiale').
Location
7.8
Often noted as a strength (good position, views, convenient for stadium events, parking available), though a few guests cited poor access without a car.
Room Quality
6.4
Beds frequently described as comfortable, but multiple comments about dated rooms, old/fridge not cooling, AC issues, and maintenance problems (doors scraping, mold) reduce the score.
Amenities
7
Parking and dog-friendly options are positives; limited breakfast variety, basic toiletries (dispensers) and some failing equipment lower the amenity rating to a mid level.
Value for Money
5.8
Several guests explicitly complained about price vs. quality, unexpected extra charges (including dog fee and booking-change charge) and perceived poor value.
Food and Beverage
5.6
Breakfast frequently described as 'very continental', limited, lacking local products and sometimes not hot; overall recurring disappointment in F&B offering.
Overall Experience
8.8
Many reviewers report a positive stay (repeat visitors, 'ottimo soggiorno', 'tutto perfetto'), driven by staff, location and parking; despite operational issues, the general impression for many is strongly positive.

Buon hotel dove sostare
Pros:

Comodo parcheggio interno gratuito.
