Pros:

There was a party being hosted at the hotel the night we stayed so it was a bit noisy.

Cons:

We wanted to go in the spa pool but it smelt a bit strange.

Cons:

Two mattress joint together to make one bed but when joint separate , then gap in between mattresses not comfy, heater was not good, light not work properly , I called for dinner in dinning time , no one pick the call, bad smell of humidity, shower room too small .

Quite good value as room and bed was comfortable.
Pros:

Comfortable bed and nice room although dated from 1970s

Cons:

The hotel is advertised on Booking.com as having a restaurant, however we were told it had been closed for last two months. So no food!
However being five minutes from Otahuhu we found an EXCELLENT restaurant "Secret Thai Garden" Wonderful Thai food.

False advertising. Restaurant closed
Pros:

The beds are comfy shower is good and the gardens are pretty.

Cons:

False advertising! The restaurant is no longer open yet doesn't mention on the websites. I had surgery recently and wanted a staycation with spa and the restaurant close by. That was my main reason for booking and I get there and restaurant closed since May 2026! Still has the menu on the website. Totally false advertising. I dont like bad mouthing local business but this was not on.
