The beds are comfy shower is good and the gardens are pretty.
False advertising! The restaurant is no longer open yet doesn't mention on the websites. I had surgery recently and wanted a staycation with spa and the restaurant close by. That was my main reason for booking and I get there and restaurant closed since May 2026! Still has the menu on the website. Totally false advertising. I dont like bad mouthing local business but this was not on.
Bed comfortable.
Heater wasn't working properly. No fan in bathroom.
Reception staff was good with filling me in on the area and found access easy.
First appearance was a little tired everywhere,outside and inside

Bathroom plumbing not working properly. Toilet blocked causing drainage from shower to overflow

The cleaness
Heater wasn't working properly, room was so cold. No warm blanket, just two sheets and a light blanket in between. No microwave to heat any food. Beds were uncomfortable because its was two singles put together so there's a gap in the middle.
