Brilliant
Pros:

Comfy great location , super choices for breakfast , the staff especially Brad and Chelsea are an absolute credit to your company, but generally speaking they are all friendly and efficient. I feel like I’m coming to a place I know I’m valued.

Amazing, particularly the very friendly and hospitable staff. Their good will keep resonating

The location was superb. Breakfast was excellent but lacked varieties of fruits an meals. Eg boiled egg, assorted fruits and yogurts. The room setting was awesome.

Cons:

The room was superb but too hot as there was no aircondition. Though extra fan was provided but did not meet my expectation of a comfortable room as we virtually have to sleep almost naked because the heat was intense and the fan could not really suffice. THERE IS ONLY TWO SOCKETS IN ROOM WHICH WAS USED FOR THE TWO SMALL FANS, THUS THERE WAS NO SOCKET POINTS TO CHARGE OUR PHONES. THIS WAS WAS POOR AS THE HOTEL COULD NOT PROVIDE AN EXTENSION WHEN REQUESTED

The rooms were stiflingly hot. The windows only opened and inch or two in one room and no at all in another. The staff found us a fan to share between 2 interconnecting rooms at 1am which made it bearable.

Dreadful
Cons:

They insist on putting people in rooms that are not fit for purpose.
A fan that’s useless and a window that does not open makes a stay unbearable.
Stayed here many times the past year and this room has been pushed on us 3 times.
Other times we have insisted on a room change as we both have breathing problems, this time we luckily was only staying a matter of hours and had a joining room for our daughter.
Feel it has gone down hill very fast here and most definitely not worth the money paid.
That room is unhealthy.

Great staff, good night's sleep
Pros:

Just a short walk uphill from Bradford Interchange station, the hotel is within a shopping centre and reception is on the 2nd floor. Staff were very friendly and even gave a hand-written card acknowledging my IHG status, a very sweet touch. The room was a bit warm because of the recent heat wave, although the window can open slightly and there is a strong fan already on the desk. The decor is a bit dated but everything has been kept clean with the standard amenities like Dove in the bathroom, tea bags and a kettle. Breakfast was decent with a small but good range of hot and cold items and the lobby area is air-conditioned.

Clean n quick

Cons:

We were calling for 15 minutes but no one picked up the phone. We went to the reception and had to wait another 10 minutes and try to find the stuff for check in. We spoke to the other staff members and he said he was busy and couldn't do anything about it.
