Suspicious button on the floor, an extra door in the room which was opposite of that door, very dirty carpet , and only one chair in the room.
Good breakfast options, comfy beds, great location close to the city centre, very cheap and convenient on site parking ( £ 1.50 for 24 hrs!!)
The pervasive, pestilent smell surrounding the hotel we found that it had nothing to do with the hotel; it was caused by a biofuel facility close by)

The staff was bad and couldn’t help had a bad stinking attitude
I didn't like that my room was very hot window was not working and I was told they can't do anything and they can't move me as they don't have open room for me to move to.
So I was not happy with my stay.
Staff were excellent. Rooms very clean. Cheap on site parking.
Rooms were a bit dark. Brighter lights would be better for reading etc.

ALOT OF NOISE COMING FROM THE FRONT OF HOTEL NEAR THE CINEMA. KIDS SHOUTING, MUCKING ABOUT!
