I slept very well, room was comfortable not too hot, sufficient tea and coffee, hot shower, clean towels and clean room, no issues
Only little niggles - Lack of plugs and low lighting in the evening. I had to purchase a desk light as the light in the room was insufficient to work from in the evening. I could not read a book even with all the lights on and TV on with no sound.
Had to wait for bacon for two mornings running as not ready/cooked in time. Had to wait around 10 minutes but at least it was served very hot.
As usual everything was perfect for our stay.Bus and Rail Station just across the road.
We couldn't stay longer.
Die Lage ist sehr zentral und bequem vom Bahnhof aus zu erreichen. Trotz der Nähe zu den großen Straßen hört man im Hotel davon nichts.

The room window did not close or lock properly, and the hinges were broken. As a result, there was car noise and cold air coming in throughout the night. We asked for another room, but management said there were no other rooms available.
Good location to train stations
Been coming here 40years now twice a year, bed mattress is terrible rooms need updating, sink was very slow and obviously blocked, shower is slow, breakfast quality is drab not tasty. Our window didn't open while others did on the same floor was very hot.

I had interconnecting room people next-door very loud.
Didn't get much sleep
Staff were very accommodating, flight had been delayed so I was later than intended. Breakfast was quite decent.
