My stay was excellent and loved the coffee!
Pros:

Property was nice. Shake shack is not a great option would rather see a better restaurant for real food opposed to junk food.

Cons:

Due to the highways You couldn’t walk anywhere to get food or shop if you don’t drive and who wants to get an Uber for just across the street. Not sure if there is a way to make a walking route from the hotel to the shops

Rude is a running theme.
Pros:

Breakfast had several choices.

Cons:

Check in process did not align with what is told to you on Booking site. The front desk worker was horribly rude. The A/C in our room wasn't working. Rude was a running theme as both of the shuttle drivers (to and from) were shouting at people and drive off while people weren't seated yet. Lastly, I emailed the hotel manager with my concerns and did not receive a response.

Comfortable, quiet, thoughtful touches. my second stay and planning to stay again.
Pros:

At first check in staff at front desk said we could not get connecting rooms but then they did some magic and we got connecting rooms. The next day I needed to book another night but did not want to change rooms and Shasshi made it happen. She too did some magic on her computer and made it happen.

Breakfast was plentiful, nutritious and tasty and I appreciated having hot chocolate on the menu. Most places only have tea and coffee.

Having a welcome note on the TV with my name on it was a sweet touch.

Plenty toiletries, clean towels and sheets.

Good size fridge and microwave. Tea and coffee in room ( no hot chocolate but that was ok)

Bigger than usual room and 2 chairs. Most places only have one chair.

Plenty space to hang clothes and enough hangars.

Nice big shower and big bathroom vanity.

Punctual shuttle.

Cons:

Can't think of anything!!

Comfortable stay and happy staying in Toronto after a long trip from Europe.
Pros:

I like the free shuttle service with 24/7 and which comes on time with schedule. This service helps my family easily to connect the train to city as we do not have rent a car during our stay. My family love the hot breakfast with varity choice of food especially the self made waffles. I love the comfly bed and mattress. Pay Laundry machines and driers are available in this hotel.

Cons:

There is no restaurant onsite and the one nearby is not fit to our taste. We have to go out to the city after a long flight in order to looking for food. Hence, free shuttle service makes us easily to connect city center.

En pitäisi ykkösvaihtoehtona tätä hotellia.
Pros:

Huone oli suuri. Sängyt olivat hyvät. Aamiainen oli riittävä.

Cons:

On hyvä asia, että hotellille on oma huonehintaan kuuluva lentokenttäkuljetus. Siitä tulisi kuitenkin olla huomattavan paljon tarkemmat ohjeet matkustajille. Hotellin sivuilta tulisi löytyä tieto siitä, miten bussi liikennöi ja mistä siihen noustaan kyytiin.

Hotellin henkilökunta ei ollut erityisen ystävällistä.

Hotellihuoneemme oli etukäteen maksettu. Sen lisäksi maksoin 50€, kun tulimme hotelliin. Luulin sen olevan jonkinlainen pantti, mutta en saanut rahoja takaisin ainakaan heti majoituksen päätyttyä. Kuitista huolimatta jäi epäselväksi, mikä tämä lisämaksu todella kalliiseen huonehintaan oli. Toivottavasti rahat palautetaan.

Huoneen pimennysverhot eivät menneet kokonaan kiinni, kirkkaat valot loistivat huoneeseen koko yön.

Hotellihuone olisi kaivannut päivitystä. Suihku oli karmea.

Jostakin syystä aamiaisella oli käytössä kertakäyttöastiat. Toivon todella, että tämä oli jokin poikkeus ja hätätilanne. Aamiaisella syntynyt muoviroskan määrä oli käsittämätön.
