The shuttle safety hazards and the driver's hostile attitude must be addressed by hotel management.

Disliked: My stay at this hotel was highly disappointing. While the room itself was acceptable, the airport shuttle service revealed serious management issues and a complete lack of employee professionalism.
1. Dangerously Overcrowded Airport ShuttleThe airport shuttle (Shuttle Bus) experience was an absolute nightmare. The bus is configured with one row of seats on each side and a narrow aisle down the middle. After picking us up, every single seat was taken. We assumed we were heading straight to the airport, but the driver stopped at another hotel to pack in a massive crowd of additional passengers.
The interior was extremely overcrowded, to the point where people were packed tightly all the way up to the exit doors. The driver instructed everyone to hold onto the handrails, but shorter passengers could not even reach the bars overhead. This severe overcrowding felt like a major safety hazard throughout the entire ride.
2. Abusive and Unprofessional Driver Blaming Guests
The most infuriating part was the driver's appalling attitude. Before boarding, he only asked the group if we were going to Canada. After everyone said yes, he directed us to hand over our luggage and loaded it into the vehicle himself. However, when the bus arrived at Terminal 3 and we stepped out to wait for our bags, the driver started loudly complaining and berating us. He was incredibly rude, ranting repeatedly that the T3 luggage was packed too deep inside the hold and was too hard for him to pull out. He heavily implied it was our fault.
This is completely absurd. He loaded the bags himself. He only asked about our country before boarding and never asked which terminal we were getting off at. Blaming paying guests for his own total lack of loading logistics is utterly unacceptable.

Cons:

One elevator was broken and they needed more staff for checking in during peak time. The battery in the door was dead so after being jet lagged and all my baggage was by the room I couldn’t get into my room.
