Good location. Amazing and helpful staff. The man that was checking me in was extremely nice! For this price I was very happy with the hotel.
I think the bus connection from the airport was a bit tricky. As in, maybe a schedule for pick up times would be helpful?
Clean, easy access from airport, great shuttle, AMAZING staff. I forgot some very expensive items in the room and they came running out to the shuttle bus to return them. They could have ignored it, but they went above and beyond. The customer service is incredible. Thank you.
Plastic cutlery. I would prefer real cutlery and plates.

Clean and comfortable rooms; good hot buffet breakfast and friendly service. Excellent choice for an overnight stay close to Pearson Airport. Also, free shuttle service to airport.
Waited for 45 minutes for the shuttle to the airport but it was a busy time with lots of people travelling between the hotel and airport.

I liked the greeting with my name left on the TV when I entered the room. Housekeeping and the airport shuttle employees did a wonderful job 👏
The ac was a lil noisy, but I managed to sleep though it.
Airport transfer guy was friendly and on-time.
You boast about your environmental credentials, and then force your customers to use plastic cutlery, plates, glasses etc. Not only is it a nightmare to eat with, it creates a mountain of waste. Hot breakfast items tasted like plastic as well, and no tea bags except earl grey?
I didn't appreciate the cleaner coming into my room at 7:30am without knocking either.
