Pros:

Location, location, location! Wonderful breakfast for extra charge. Very nice staff at the restaurant.

Cons:

The restaurant opened rather late for breakfast for when you have an early start so we had to eat very quickly. The pool also opened too late for me to be able to swim in the morning.

Great Location for NCL Bliss Cruise
Pros:

Location, location, location. Is this hotel a little pricey? Yes. Does it have the best location if you are sailing to Alaska on the NCL Bliss? Probably so. I really enjoyed our 2 night stay before we cruised on the Bliss. Cruise terminal is just right across the street.

Room was clean. Balcony was small, but it was so neat seeing the cruise ship arrive back in port right in front of the hotel the morning we were to leave on our cruise.

Close proximity to Pike's Place Market, as others have mentioned, just a short walk and an elevator takes you right up to it. Also, we walked to the Space Needle, the Chihuly Gardens and the Pop Culture museum as well. Walkable to a Target if you need to get some last minute items for your cruise.

I had good service at the bar in the evening and the bartenders were friendly.

I enjoyed the lobby waiting area and the outdoor seating area when we met up with some of the people we were going on the cruise with.

Not a bad walk either from the Link if you are coming from the airport. Got off at Westlake stop.

Stop using Booking.com and book directly with properties.
Pros:

The Valet was very organized and efficient.

Cons:

I was re-charged for the rooms when I already paid in the booking.com app. The staff told me I had money per day at the restaurant then it showed up as charges with no credit.
