Pros:

De netheid van alles. Zo schoon. Een heel goed ontbijt. Vriendelijk personeel. Goede bedden.

Cons:

Wij hadden een standaard kamer, niks mis mee. Maar de douche was wel heeeeeel erg klein. Ook al deed je nog zo voorzichtig, alles was nat. Maar ook daar was alles zeer schoon .

Einfach nur Urlaub.
Pros:

Das Essen, besonders das Frühstück war sehr lecker und reichhaltig. Das Personal immer sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
Die Lage für uns war auch sehr gut, stündlich sind Busse in Richtung Winterberg gefahren.

Schönes Hotel mit überwiegend leckerem Essen und freundlichem Personal

Alle sehr freundlich, alles sauber, Essen sehr gut außer das Fleisch am ersten Abend beim Hauptgang

Cons:

Sauna wurde frühzeitig ausgeschalten, also schon vor 22 Uhr,
Fleisch am ersten Abend war so von Fett durchzogen, dass es nicht essbar war und das andere Fleisch war verkürzt. Keiner von uns vieren konnte es essen.

Pros:

Ontbijt eenvoudig maar zeer goed. Locatie is rustig en gelijk naast bos ideaal voor de hond. Bij aankomst op de kamer stonden er 2 bakken voor de hond met een zak honden snoepjes. Omgeving erg mooi. Wij hadden een suite geboekt kamer was ruim badkamer zeer klein had meer van een suite verwacht qua prijs. Onze kamer zat 2 hoog zonder lift.

Cons:

Badkamer en zwembad erg koud.

Gute Zeiten, schlechte Zeiten.

Das Hotel entsprach, bis auf ganz wenig Kleinigkeiten, unseren Erwartungen.

Cons:

Statt die Winterberg Sommer Card gab es NUR die Winterberg Card.
Der Unterschied zwischen diesen Karten ist nicht zu unterschätzen, insbesondere für Familien mit Kinder.
Mit der Winterberg Card gibt es ausschließlich Vergünstigungen, die kaum Nennenswert sind.
Mit der Winterberg Sommer Card gibt es für sehr viele Attraktionen ( Sommerrodelbahn, Lift, Kartbahn, Panoramabrücke, etc. ) kostenlose Benutzung.

Insgesamt sehr schönes sauberes und schön gelegenes Hotel.
Pros:

Zimmer und Bad waren sehr sauber und neuwertig

Cons:

Personal war freundlich. Ich hätte mir aber ab und an ein Lächeln gewünscht. Leider konnte man an der Bar nicht, wie laut Tageskarte vorgesehen, etwas essen. Das Abendessen hat uns mit seinem Bufettcharakter nicht so gefallen.
