Avoid at all costs!! I booked this hotel through Expedia for a Disneyland trip and prepaid for three nights. I knew I was not booking a five-star hotel, but based on the Expedia listing and photos, I expected a clean, safe, reasonably maintained place to stay.

Unfortunately, the property appeared very run-down and unclean from the moment we arrived. We drove six hours and got there around 10:00 PM. When we pulled into the parking lot, there were people loitering around the cars, including someone wandering through the parking area and another person sitting on the tailgate of a vehicle packed full of belongings while smoking. There was also no available parking, so I had to briefly park in a handicap spot just to go inside and check in.

The lobby was a tiny, run-down room that smelled terrible and did not feel clean or welcoming. When we arrived, an older man came out and said the manager was not there but would be back soon. He then started clicking around on the computer, asked for my name, and followed up by saying he did not work there and was only a relative of the manager. We waited about 30 minutes for the manager to arrive.

By that point, after seeing the condition of the property and the overall environment, I did not feel comfortable or safe staying there. I told the manager I wanted to cancel the reservation, and she said I would need to contact Expedia because I had prepaid. We left and found another hotel.

When I contacted Expedia, they told me I had to deal with the hotel. I explained that the hotel told me to contact them. The Expedia representative attempted to call the hotel several times with no answer and escalated the issue. When I finally heard back, I was told the hotel was enforcing its cancellation policy and refusing any refund. I even offered to pay for the first night because I understood the cancellation was last minute, but the hotel still chose to keep payment for all three nights, including the two nights we did not stay.

I think that is extremely poor customer service and says a lot about how this property is managed. The hotel did not match the impression given by the listing, the property appeared run-down and unclean, the check-in experience was unacceptable, and I did not feel safe staying there. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially families traveling to Disneyland.

I am also very disappointed in Expedia’s handling of this situation, as the listing did not accurately reflect the condition of the property and there was no meaningful support after the hotel initially failed to respond.

Location, comfort, rate

O hotel é provavelmente um dos mais baratos da região, além do fato de estar muito próximo ao parque (cerca de 12 minutos a pé). O atendimento da recepção é muito cordial e educado e aparentemente toda a equipe que trabalha no hotel é de latinos (o que facilita a comunicação, inclusive se você além do inglés falar o espanhol, ou se não falar inglês mas se virar no portunhol). O quarto possui frigobar, microondas, cama confortável, escrivaninha, e tamanho de quarto excelente. É um hotel antigo, do tipo motel, em que a porta dos quartos dão diretamente para a área externa (o que em tese facilita para qualquer que venha da rua possa acessar qualquer quarto), mas criminalidade não é algo comum na região (mas mesmo assim eu levei uma trava extra de porta para aumentar minha segurança). Nesse hotel, diferente de outros inclusive mais caros, a limpeza do quarto e troca do lixo eram feitos diariamente mesmo sem a necessidade de que eu solicitasse, o que melhorou ainda mais minha experiência.

Outro ponto forte do hotel é que ele fica bem perto do principal cruzamento que leva ao parque, e que tem lojas interessantes para turistas como Walgreens e CVS, além de várias opções para café da manhã e jantar, e tudo feito a pé. Não é necessário alugar carro enquanto estiver nessa região.

The location was fantastic for walking to Disneyland, local restaurants were a minutes walk away and the parking was free, with no resort fees. Really nice stay and value for money.

my partner and i stayed one night for a disney after hours event so our only requirement was a place to sleep and this was great! it’s about a 10 to 15 minute walk to the parks. the room and bathroom were clean, microwave and fridge are provided as well. the parking and resort fee were $15 total so you couldn’t beat that! i would stay here again!

The bedsheets looked clean and glad there were packaged soaps.

A great location close to restaurants and Disneyland. We loved the late check out and the kids really enjoyed the pool and spa

L'hôtel est très proche des parcs Disney, ce qui nous a permis de pouvoir nous y rendre à pied. nous avons pu laisser nos bagages dès 7h du matin et faire le check-in en fin de journée. Très bonne accueil qui nous a mis à l'aise. La chambre était spacieuse et bien équipée, très bonne literie nous avons très bien dormi.

Las habitaciones remodeladas estas muy bonitas, y la ubicación muy bien para llegar caminando a los parques de Disney aproximadamente 15 minutos.

there was nothing to like, it was dirty and not like the pictures. the staff was deceiving: they told me i’d get a refund. i havent gotten a refund and they’re rude when i try calling for one. don’t book here!!

The distance from Disney is not to bad

I liked that the property was so close to the park, shops and dining places.

It is close to Disney; I highly recommend it it’s extremely clean and has a pool
