Pros:

It was so quiet despite being city centre, and the underground car park was a real plus.

Cons:

The breakfast was OK but not a patch on Premier Inn breakfasts!

clean rooms and good breakfast
Pros:

I stay in this hotel at least once a month. It is very clean and the breakfasts are great. It's basic, but comfortable. I did pay quite a lot for this stay compared to others. I don't think I got value for money for this particular stay. An additional 200 pounds compared to a previous stay doesn't make sense.

Cons:

clean rooms and breakfast is always good.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and the location was good.

Cons:

The room was very tight for four people. There was no real space for us to put our suitcase or move around.

THERE IS A DANGER FOR GUESTS TO TRAP THEIR FINGERS IN THE BATHROOM DOOR , WHEN EXITING AND AS THE DOOR SWINGS BACK TO THE TOILET DOOR FRAME.

Great stay . Ideal if you want to be just outside of the busier areas of Birmingham, but within easy walking distance
Pros:

Clean &comfortable, staff are amazing ,really friendly and helpful . Quiet ,relaxed.location, within 10mins walk of Symphony hall . Plenty of restaurants nearby. Parking good. coffee / juice/water machines free in the reception area
