Location, price, clean
Breakfast wasn't great
Excellent location, ery clean with friendly staff. Free coffee/ tea station and cold water at reception. Secure car parking

Good central location with easy walking distance to Utilita arena and the train station. Good underground parking too.
It was all ok.
The location is great, walking distance to everything of interest in the city centre. The car park is a bonus! The rooms are typical Ibis Styles rooms, clean and practical. Good choice of food at breakfast, cold and cooked. All staff members were lovely and very helpful.
Relaxing seats would have been welcomed in the reception/bar area.

I liked the location, it was very close to the Victoria Square. The hotel was clean and comfortable.
One of the receptionist was rude to us, when we wanted to check in. We asked another one after waiting some time and she actually let us check in with no issues.

No hot water for our shower in the morning - absolutely unacceptable for a hotel. We did get a small apology from reception, but that was in sufficient for the massive inconvenience caused and no offer of compensation. I have no idea how a hotel thinks it is acceptable to have no hot water for their guests. Fire alarm went off intermittently and staff not available to clarify what was going on. Breakfast we felt was a poor offering. We also had a massive fan outside our window that kept us awake most of the night.
