Bardzo wygodny i luksusowy hotel w bezpiecznej dzielnicy.

- wygodny nowoczesny pokój, komfortowe łóżko
- wieczorny serwis pokoju
- basen górny
- śniadania
- miła obsługa na śniadaniu
Minusy:
- podczas pobytu w hotelu kręcono reklamę co oznaczało tłumy obcych ludzi w holu gdy w szlafroku szedłeś na basen
- zjazd na dolny basen jest niebezpieczny, uderzyłem plecami o dno basenu
- słaba nie reagująca obsługa na basenie, chodziliśmy sami do baru, brak ręczników
Atendimento expecional; disse que me hospedaria com minha esposa grávida e o hotel nos deu upgrade de quarto e ainda comprou uma naninha para o bebê - dos gestos mais especiais que recebi em viagens. Além disso, comida excelente, tanto no jantar como no café da manhã. Por fim, quartos ultra modernos e mto confortáveis. Estadia perfeita.

Tudo excelente. Senti falta apenas de alguma cor quente no quarto, flores e uma poltrona mais acolhedora e confortável. A EQUIPE, simplesmente maravilhosa. Costumo me hospedar em hotéis da mesma categoria em SP, mas o serviço no Unique é impecável, se sobressai absolutamente.
