Extremely disappointed in this hotel! Will not recommend or ever book with them again!

I will never book with this business again!

Cons:

Very poor customer service, they have no consideration for trying to help in any way! They have no sympathy and unprofessional!

The motel was in a good safe area close to what we were doing, it was very easy to get to and it offered parking

Cons:

We were told it would sleep a family of 5, but we had to pay an extra $50 for a roll out bed as it only slept 4. I asked to have 2 single beds in one room but it didn't happen. No one could sleep due to the nightclub next door having music going until 5am in the morning and due to the window being broken we could not shut it to lesson the noise. The shower hardly worked and water went all over the bathroom due to there being no screen and the place was a little unclean.

Cons:

No parking available in front of hotel when checking in. Offsite parking First Parking let us enter but was full and had a bad layout with lots of dead ends etc. Reception closes at 8pm so was unable to assist with their one site parking option. Missed our dinner reservation as it was time consuming. We had to source our own parking in the end which was stressful and expensive.
Split system didn’t work, there were 2 space heaters to replace. 2 bedroom apartment but not enough crockery for 4 people. No rubbish bin.

Loved the bath and generally the apartment And cafe for breakfast

The cafe was great.

The remote for the aircon didn’t work. We found an extre remote for the aircon as we were leaving.
The tv remote was lost.
