Good location, nothing much else nice to say

The rooms were clean and a good location

Cons:

Upon check in, when I asked about the breakfast I paid for i was told, the staff on the previous shift had forgotten to order so, there was no breakfast, we would be refunded, which was ok, but then the staff member I spoke to when I went back to reception, as the sofa bed wad not made up as per my booking, said, oh we don't ever do breakfast here, so I was lied to.
Then the sofa bed wasn't made up, when we came back to the room, the sofa bed was broken at the foot of the bed, has bits loose and my daughter scratched her leg on it.
I was also told over the phone prior to booking that parking was $25, when I arrived it was $35..
We checked out and 3 his later, i get s phone call taking me there was an outstanding amount on my bill. When I got cross and said my booking was made and paid for online, then breakfast was refunded $40 then parking added for $35, in fact you actually have $5 extra of my money that I told the last the day before no to worry about. He said oh, I then then and went to hang up. No apology no nothing. So rude

It’s on a nice street, close to everything, staff are lovely and check in is easy

Cons:

We’ve been here before like 4 times, think this time the room was the worst, broken toilet paper holder, shower nozzle was broken, had a funky smell, every other time we’ve been it’s been good, all the rooms on floor 7 the past 4 times, this time the room on floor 2 was disappointing

Check in was at 2.00pm & our room wasn't ready, staff asked me to stand back & wait until they heard from House Keeping. We didn't get to check in as we had to be at a function at 3.00pm, all l can say is l am glad l was dressed ready to go otherwise who knows what would of happened

Great location for getting to MCG and being at the quieter end of Melb but still close enough to the action

Small rooms are a little stuffy as you have to close the bedroom door to help keep light and minor noise out
