El desayuno un 10, lo mejor la atención del personal , sobre todo de Laia y Raquel , súper profesionales y muy amables . Laia hace unos cafés muy ricos

El cuarto de la ducha , estaba tb la bañera y no era cómodo , además se atascaba y se encharcaba el agua . Las almohadas súper altas y duras , muy incómodas

Without a doubt, TRS Ibiza Signature Level delivered one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had.

The level of customer service is truly exceptional. Every member of the team went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. The Signature Level experience is absolutely worth it, and the butler service deserves special recognition. I have stayed at many luxury hotels around the world, and I can honestly say this is among the very best butler services I have ever experienced.

A heartfelt thank you to Santo and Jennifer for their outstanding care, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. They made every request effortless and always ensured we felt valued. A very special thank you also goes to Selene and NOA at the reception for the incredibly warm welcome and for making us feel special from the very first moment we arrived.

Special appreciation also goes to Patricia Ribas, whose leadership is clearly reflected in the team’s excellence. She is an exceptional manager who leads with professionalism, warmth, and a true passion for guest satisfaction.

The hotel itself is stunning. The atmosphere is vibrant, the entertainment and parties are fantastic, and the rooftop is simply unbelievable, offering breathtaking sea views that create unforgettable moments.

Everything about our stay exceeded expectations—from the facilities and ambiance to the incredible people who make this place so special.
