Pros:

Habitación grande con cama muy cómoda. Muy buena ubicación. Tiene un 7/11 en la puerta de al lado que viene muy bien. Te piden 100 MR en efectivo de fianza que luego te devuelven el día de la salida.

Excellent budget stay 🙂
Pros:

Perfect location right next to night markets and stadthuys. 7eleven conveniently located downstairs. They have water refill available. Rooms were really clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. Power sockets next to bed, kettle in room and space for luggage.

Cons:

Our mini fridge in the room wasn't working. Would be great to be able to connect our phone to the tv to watch youtube/netflix easily. It was also a bit noisy but this is to be expected in an old building.

Pros:

Great location Justin in a couple of minutes walk from Chinatown and the Jonker Trail. Room was clean and comfortable. Super friendly and helpful staff.

Cons:

My window looked onto a wall so there was not a lot of natural light

Pros:

Location of this hotel is perfect! Cleanliness is good and staff is very helpful and attentive.

Cons:

A small matter that lift is not working, staff will help you to bring up heavy items upon request.

Pros:

The staffs are very friendly and location is very good 👍🏻

Cons:

Unfortunately during our stay the lift got problem till the day we check out. But staff are very friendly and helpful carry our luggage down using the stairs👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Cons:

トイレットペーパーが少ししかないのに換えがひとつも置いていなかったので困りました。清掃の時に残量チェックして換えを置いておくべき。シャワールームは勾配がおかしいので水捌けが悪くて、足で水を排水口の方へ蹴らないと排水できません。水たまりになってしまうのでそのままシャワールームから出ようとするとシャワールーム横のバスマットがびしょ濡れになります。ちなみに隣の部屋の家族も同じ状態だったと言っていたのでひとつの部屋がおかしかっただけでは無いようです。夜中になぜか停電し、朝も復旧しておらず、予備電源などもないのか、全く電気を使用できませんでした。トイレ&バスルームには窓もないので真っ暗な状態でした。朝シャワー派の人はドライヤー使えないのでもっと困ったでしょうね。そのままチェックアウトするお昼ごろまで復旧していませんでしたので暗い中でスマホのライトで対応しました。スマホライトと小さな窓からの光でメイクしました。ホテル側からの案内や対応は全くなし。チェックアウト時にこちらから停電の分の値引きやサービスは無いのかと言うまで話にものぼらず。結局、何も値引きもサービスもありませんでした。せめてホテル側から先に謝罪の言葉を言ってきてほしいものです。
