Cons:

My paid stay was canceled 3hours before check in because the staff “over booked” even though I had booked and paid July 27 for the August 18th date. There was no offer to help book another place or a voucher for a free stay because of the hotel’s screw up.I will NEVER book a stay with Hilton again.

Shower floor very slippery. My husband almost fell. Towels, etc. very rough. Water pressure in shower was too strong. Water felt like pins hitting your skin.

One disappoint
Pros:

Staff courtesy, and cleanliness

Cons:

My only real criticism is this, the coffe was horrible. Both in the room and in the lobby. I have had coffee from posh settings to coffe brewed in the middle of Iraq, this stuff was hands down the worst. I would expect better from Hilton.

Very nice experience, recommend Hilton Properties when available
Pros:

Breakfast was very nice. Computer system was down when we arrived and the staff handled everything very well and got us checked in to our room so that we could make it to our event on time
