Location, wonderful staff.

Bed very uncomfortable and could do with being replaced.
Room was clean and we had a good nights sleep. Food in restaurant was lovely. We stayed here because its really handy for the theatre
We have stayed before and would stay again
We liked everything
Good value for money and big bedrooms.
No lift!!!
It was clean and bed very comfortable. Good for a one night stay.
It does look quite dated now and plain. Lacked character, esp the bar.
No towels in my room.
On site restaurant very nice.Good size room.
Stairs were an issue but nice man helped out.
Location
Very dated, musty smelt like damp. Bedrooms basic and rust and exposed pip red (tape on radiator in bathroom!
Friendly staff room was clean and the food was lovely
Could do with bigger bottom sheets on the beds and better pillows
Breakfast was good with plenty of choices, the bar food was also good and cost was about average for the area. Staff were very helpful.
We were in a room at the very back of the hotel, as advised by the receptionist we had to run the hot water tap for between 8 to 10 mins before the water got hot. Also the TV reception was very poor.
