Decepcionante
Pros:

Lo que más me gustó fue la ubicación y el personal que trabajaba que era muy amable

Cons:

Las habitaciones eran enanas, la limpieza de las habitaciones brillaba por su ausencia, la ducha del baño estaba llena de sangre y pelos y siguieron los 4 días de la estancia porque no los limpiaron. Las camas eran enanas e incómodas, no he visto jamás un hotel que no tenga sábanas, solo una colcha fina y sucia por encima la que dudo que se haya lavado alguna vez.

Никогда не останавливаюсь в одних и тех же отелях, но этот меня покорил. Соотношение цена/качествл выше всех похвал.
Pros:

В этом отеле я останавливаюсь уже второй раз из моих 8 раз в Стамбуле. Отличный, отзывчивый персонал. Особенная благодарность! Уютный номер со своей террасой, хороший завтрак.

Pros:

El hotel está en un sitio céntrico, se puede ir andando a los muelles de Eminönü o subir a Topkapı, y tienes la estación del Marmaray justo en la puerta. El barrio está muy concurrido con multitud de establecimientos. La habitación está bien de tamaño, buen wiki, aire condicionado, y con nevera y calentador de agua. Personal muy amable, de forma inesperada por la cantidad de bultos que acarreaba de vuelta me arreglaron al momento el "transfer" hacia el aeropuerto.

Cons:

El único inconveniente fue tener una única cama grande en vez de dos individuales, pero ya sabía que era sujeto a disponibilidad.

Pros:

Хорошее месторасположение. Очень приветливый и клиентоориентированный персонал.

Cons:

Потрепанные номера (номер 502):
- плохо работает сантехника (текут краны, душ);
- раздолбанные механизмы окон/дверей (плохо окрываются/закрываются, неплотно примыкают к раме, шум с улицы), плохая организация охлаждения (непонятно как и когда включается и отключается, в одном месте от ветродуя холодно, рядом жарко, не поддерживает автоматически заданную температуру);
- Ужасный кофе на завтраке из кофемашины (очень нужно постараться, чтобы такой кофе получался при очень хорошем кофе в Турции повсеместно, но в этой гостинице умудрились испортить свежемолотый кофе до невозможности)
- Виды с террасы на старые потрепанные дома или во дворы в стены (фотографии отеля делал похоже хороший фотограф, реальность сильно отличается от впечатлений от фотографий!)

Ne-am cazat pentru a doua oară în acest hotel și cu siguranță, vom reveni cu drag. Este un hotel extraordinar, situat într-o locație excelentă, foarte aproape de principalele atracții turistice, ceea ce îl face ideal pentru explorarea orașului.
Personalul este profesionist, amabil și mereu binevoitor, contribuind din plin la o experiență plăcută și relaxantă. Ne-am simțit foarte bine de fiecare dată și apreciem în mod deosebit atenția acordată oaspeților.

Recomandăm cu încredere acest hotel tuturor celor care își doresc o cazare confortabilă, bine amplasată și servicii de calitate. Cu siguranță este una dintre alegerile noastre preferate!

Pros:

Hotel in ottima posizione, staff molto gentile e disponibile, camere pulite. Vicinissimo ai principali mezzi di trasporto

Cons:

Le camere piccoline, le stanze davano su un cortile interno pieno di motori dell'aria condizionata, quindi un po' rumoroso, non si poteva tenere la finestra aperta. Colazione decente ma non eccezionale
