الموقع ممتاز بالقرب من ديزني لاند و لاڤالي أوتلت ، المنتجع آمن للأطفال ( سباحة ، استئجار دراجات ، ملاعب ) وكذلك يوجد سوبرماركت ومطعم يفيان بالغرض .

Oteli çok sevdik aslında. Çalısanlar güler yüzlü, odalar konforlu ve tüm ihyiyaçlar düşünülerek dizayn edilmiş.

Otel de 1 gece kaldık. 6 eylül giriş 7 eylül çıkış. Girişde şehir vergisi ödemesini yaptığımız kredi kartımızdan 7 eylülde temassız ve bilgimiz dışinda booking e konaklama ücretini ödemiş olmamıza ramen tekrar 1 gecelik ödeme alindığını farkettik. Otel ile iletişime geçtik. Zor da olsa hatalarinı kabul ettiler ve düzelteceklerini söylediler. Ancak 7 eylül de otelden ayrılmış olamıza ramen tekrar bilgimiz dışında aynı kredi kartımızdan 6 gecelik daha ödeme çekildi. Kredi kartımızı iptal ettirmek zorunda kaldık. Tüm tatil boyunca bankamız ve otel ile görüşmek zorunda kaldık ve tatilimiz mafoldu. Marriot gibi bir otele hiç yakıştıramayacağım bi durum yaşandı. Otele tekrar gelmeyi asla düşümuyorum. Bize yaşattiklari bu kotü deneyimi telafi etmelerini bekliyorum. Asla kimseye de burada kalmalarinı önermiyorum. O kadar güzel tesise, ortama hiç yakışmayacak bi durum. Dolandiricik resmen demek iatiyorum ama inanin ben yazarken utandım. Bakalim onlar yaptiklarindan utanacaklar mi?

I was very disappointed with the staff at Marriott Village always repeating and repeating. Again they questioned why I booked through Booking.com instead of directly with them, which felt unprofessional since I look for the best price and convenience. If they prefer direct bookings, they shouldn't list their property on Booking.com. They were more expensive, which is why I chose Booking.com in the first place.

En revanche j ai trouvé le petit Market très cher et le personnel surtout une personne en particulier pas à la hauteur de l’hôtel. Quand on est arrivé le soir à 23h après une grosse journée à Disneyland, on a été honnête en disant qu’on souhaitait prolonger notre séjour à faire un Checkout à plus de 10 heures en rajoutant ce qui n’était absolument pas possible le monsieur de l’accueil qui était soit disant le manager a été très catégorique et il n’est pas possible non plus de profiter de la piscine après le check Out, soi-disant que l’hôtel était plein, alors que le lendemain, nous avons été très surpris de voir que il était pas du tout plein, mais plutôt vide donc spécial pour Pro, déception d’aller rencontrer durant notre

We had a wonderful stay at the resort and truly enjoyed the family-friendly atmosphere. The facilities were beautiful, the environment was relaxing, and there was plenty for the whole family to enjoy.

One thing I would especially recommend for a family resort is giving more consideration to elderly guests who often travel with their families. As some areas of the resort can require quite a bit of walking, having golf carts readily available to transport guests around the property, as well as wheelchairs available when needed, would make the experience much more comfortable and accessible for elderly family members.

Overall, we had a lovely experience and would happily return. With a few improvements to accessibility and transportation within the resort, it would be an even more comfortable and welcoming destination for families of all ages.

Cons:

As this is a family-oriented resort, I believe it is important to take into consideration that elderly family members often accompany their families during their stay.

Many elderly guests may have difficulty walking long distances, especially within a large resort. Therefore, the resort should provide accessible transportation options, such as golf carts, to assist guests in moving comfortably between different areas of the property.

It would also be highly appreciated if wheelchairs were readily available for guests who require them, either complimentary or for the duration of their stay.

These facilities would make the resort much more comfortable, accessible, and accommodating for families travelling with elderly members.
