Memorable, personal and world class stunning!
Pros:

Having been here before with young children, my husband on a mini break and my parents before this place never disappoints- fantastic personal service, beautiful surrounds, gorgeous pool and spa and such a good helpful team.

Great resort-style stay in Venice.
Pros:

The privacy of the island and staff behaviour was fantastic.

Cons:

It’s a 15-minute boat ride to Venice San Marco Dock which can make things tricky at times, but not a major issue.

Schönes Hotel, enttäuschend der Service, es hat sich leider vieles zum negativen verändert seit Kempinsky weg ist.
Pros:

Die Zimmer und die Location allgemein sehr gut

Cons:

Der Service im Poolbereich war katastrophal. Sehr lange Wartezeiten auf die Getränke ( 15 min Minimum) , bei Essen Bestellung kommt Antipasti gemeinsam mit Hauptspeise, die Kellner unfreundlich, man wird von einem Kellner an einen anderen verwiesen. 20 Tische, davon 6 besetzt, 7 nicht abgeräumt seit mindestens einer Stunde, habe mich an der Rezeption beschwert, es wurde verständnisvoll angenommen und Verbesserung versprochen. Nach meinem 7. Aufenthalt in San Clemente Hotel war dies für längere Zeit der letzte.

Kommer gjerne igjen.
Pros:

Fantastisk flott god frokost.
Flott bassengområde.
Nydelig å sitte rett i vannkanten vannet og spise middag på kvelden.
Vi var veldig fornøyde med at vi likevel ikke overnattet i sentrum. Hyppige båtavganger mellom hotellet og byen og en deilig 8 minutters båttur.

Cons:

Variasjon blant personal. Alt fra fantastisk hyggelige og flinke til at enkelte trengte mer opplæring. Spesielt var det et potensiale i pizzarestauranten.

Et fantastisk opphold!!
Pros:

Veldig fin resort med nydelig beliggenhet, bassengområde og park. Fine rom og fellesområder.

Cons:

Restauranten nede på bryggen hadde en fantastisk plassering og en utrolig hyggelig restaurantsjef. Men maten holdt ikke mål.

Pros:

Beautiful historic building, very special. Staf is amazing, transportation is great on private water taxis. Get the dedicated private transportation service from the airport, its eorth 280 euro to get to the island from VCE quick snd easy.

de geboekte kamer.

Cons:

personeel is niet goed opgeleid, je moet echt alles 3 keer vragen en dan krijgen ze het nog niet geregeld. ik had een kamer geboeket met zicht over het water, dan krijg je bij aankomst een upgrade zeggen ze en dan heb je een kamer zonder uitzicht. een grote kamer maar bijna een gevangenis.
taxiboot regelen geeft altijd problemen, je kunt het beter zelf doen.
