A place next to Venice capable of tempting you to stay at the hotel instead of visiting the city.
Pros:

A truly unique place. An ancient monastery on its own island converted to a super luxury hotel. And all this only a 15 minute boat-ride from Venice.

Cons:

Due to its location, it is complicated and/or expensive to reach. Ironically its best feature is also its biggest drawback.

Pros:

Tolle Lage. Man ist schnell in Venedig und hat danach auf der Insel seine Ruhe vom Trubel

Cons:

Der Wellnessbereich ist sehr klein und schließt bereits um 19 Uhr, was gerade bei schlechtem Wetter nicht ideal ist

The location and the island with a beautiful park and possibly to stay in a calm area
The room was very confortable with a good view
Breakfast in the garden is great
Boat taxi from and to airport is very convenient
The team is friendly
Very relaxing after a busy day in Venize

Cons:

The shower was not working properly
the service to get a drink at sun downer on the terrasse was extremely slow

The gym room inside is very good

there is one gym area outside with a great view but the machines are not working it is disappointing

Diner at the bar is not served hot

Very pleasant and elevating!
Pros:

Great location, great room size and generally, adequate facilities. The staff was consistently superb!

Cons:

The room cleaning team did not always replace all normally provided/replenished supplies on their daily cleaning rounds! Also, I found the curtains in our room did not completely shut out daylight accessing inside in the mornings. I sleep best in a dark room!

An amazing place mismanaged.
Pros:

I have been several times since the opening, I love the place and the island.

Cons:

I have been very disappointed about the management, the reliability of the staff and their attitude. Also, the boat shuttle stops to early. It should have at least one last trip from San Marco to San Clemente at 24:30. We stayed 5 nights and every evening we had to come back by a boat taxi, which is expensive.

Une valeur sûre ! C’est un plaisir de revenir dans cet hôtel aux extérieurs magnifiques et aux équipements de grande qualité. Le personnel est attentif et le room-service est, sans aucun doute, l'un des meilleurs que nous ayons testés.

Cons:

Objet : Retour sur mon séjour - Manque de professionnalisme et points d'amélioration

Le personnel de la réception manque d'écoute et de rigueur. À mon arrivée, bien que j'aie précisé que la chambre et le petit-déjeuner étaient déjà réglés, la réceptionniste m'a indûment débité 1 200 €. Elle n'a réalisé son erreur qu'après avoir lu correctement ma réservation, m'obligeant à une double transaction pour obtenir le remboursement.

Ce manque d'attention s'est répété au check-out : alors que je demandais à utiliser une autre carte bancaire, la personne a validé le paiement trop vite, m'obligeant à nouveau à subir une procédure de remboursement. Une simple reformulation ou une écoute active aurait évité ces désagréments financiers.

Concernant les services :

Restauration : Le restaurant n'est pas à la hauteur des standards de l'établissement, contrairement au room-service qui est excellent et efficient.

Petit-déjeuner : Disposer d'une seule machine à café pour tout l'hôtel est inacceptable pour cette catégorie d'établissement. L'attente est excessive et, dès 10h, l'entretien de l'appareil semble totalement délaissé.

Un investissement dans du matériel supplémentaire et une formation sur l'accueil client me semblent indispensables.

Pros:

Tidy property, room was spacious and well appointed. Very nice to relax from hustle of Venice. Good breakfast.

Cons:

In hindsight, needing to take a ferry to and from island took longer end to end then you think given waiting. Staff could have been more friendly
