Gostamos de nossa estadia, mas não ficariamos novamente.

Lugar é muito bonito, os funcionários são muito simpáticos e atenciosos.

Cons:

Abusam dos preços nos restaurantes, pois você não tem outra opção por estar em uma ilha, além de serem muito demorados,para entregarem os pratos na mesa. Confusão com nossos quartos, nos deixaram em um andar e meus filhos em outro andar ( falta de visão, ou sem noção), pois tinhamos que andar muito para organizar os quartos, pedimos para trocar.

Al peggio non c’è mai limite.

La struttura, le camere e l’ambiente nel quale è situato, è l’hotel più bello di Venezia, peccato il servizio

L’hotel è splendido ci abbiamo soggiornato più volte ed abbiamo provato tutte le gestioni, che a parte la prima by THI (ora fallita), sono state quasi sempre negative.
L’ultima volta nel 2023 ci siamo andati sotto la gestione del Kempinski che a livello di servizi ha lasciato molto a desiderare. Speravamo in questa nuova gestione, che dovrebbe
essere italiana ( a detta del call center), ma è stato anche peggio. Check-in scadente, gestione della serata del redentore ancora peggio. Il Redentore è uno degli eventi dell’anno a Venezia e tu hotel 5 stelle devi essere preparato a gestire anche l’eventuale mal tempo. Visto le dimensioni esterne ed esterne l’hotel in questa serata potrebbe (almeno è quello che ci si aspetterebbe da un 5 stelle) preparare tavoli esterni ed interni ed usare quest’ultimi in caso di maltempo. Invece hanno organizzato solo la parte esterna che è stata sbarazzata appena si è alzato un po’ di vento. Il cielo non invitava certamente, ma alla fine hanno creato malumori nei clienti per niente, in quanto, vento a parte non è piovuto e la serata durante i fuochi è stata fantastica. A parte questo, durante la cena era assente il sommelier che in un hotel di questo standing non dovrebbe mancare. Mancavano vini dalla lista dei vini e la lista stessa era sbagliata essendo presenti vini della zona del Franciacorta inseriti in Alto Adige. Sto ancora aspettando il passito chiesto per il dolce e quando sono andato al bar per chiedere il Rhum, ovviamente in inglese perchè quasi nessun inserviente parla italiano, mi hanno risposto che per le room dovevo chiedere alla reception. Questo è stato imbarazzante, purtroppo la pronuncia è la medesima ma è chiaro che se sono dentro un bar non chiedo informazioni sulle stanze, ma sulla bevanda alcolica. Il giorno dopo siamo venuti via subito dopo la colazione, in quanto il giorno prima anche il pranzo non è stato invogliante con spaghetti scotti e vino scelto non presente, nonostante fosse in carta.

Trauminsel in der Lagune
Pros:

San Clemente Palace Venice ist ein phantastischer Erholungs- und Entspannungsort inmitten des Trubels von Venedig. Ausgezeichneter Service, gepaart mit tollen Annehmlichkeiten der Hotelanlage und einem großartigen Garten bilden ein Gesamtensemble, das einen Aufenthalt wert ist.

Cons:

Wenn es etwas zu verbessern gäbe, dann ist das die Weinkarte des Restaurants, die einem Hotel auf diesem Niveau nicht gerecht wird.

le lieu est magique pour profiter de Venise et se reposer le temps d'un week-end ou plus à la période estivale.

Cons:

la sonorisation musicale du restaurant près de la piscine que l'on entend à l'opposé sur son bain de soleil, pas idéal pour qui recherche le calme dans ce magnifique parc ; la programmation et la qualité sonore pas top ; soit pas de musique Soit musique douce ou classique (mais pas de variétés) en tout état de cause limitée à l'espace restaurant. ceux qui veulent écouter de la musique ont leur écouteurs, pourquoi infliger aux autres une ambiance musicale qu'ils n'ont pas choisi ?

Ein wunderschöner Ort abseits des Trubels von Venedig!
Pros:

Die Lage ist wunderschön, man kann richtig zur Ruhe kommen. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und die Räume haben eine tolle Größe. Das Frühstück war sehr vielfältig, köstlich und alles äußerst frisch.

Cons:

Das Restaurant im Hotel ist überteuert und diese Preise nicht wert.
