Pros:

Švarus, gražus viešbutis, personalas labai draugiškas ir paslaugus.

Cons:

Nuvylė pusryčiai. Mazas pasirinkimas, maistas saltas... Dėl šios priežasties nesirinkčiau šio viešbučio antrą kartą, nes mokant tokią kainą norėtųsi geresnių pusryčių lyginant su kitomis panašiomis vietomis.

Cons:

During lunchtimes it felt understaffed, we waited 15mins for two coffees. Also shower could do with a rubber mat as it was very slippery

Cons:

Trūko vienos antklodės, paskambinus į registratūrą ir paprašius atnešti dar vieną antklodę, gavome vienam asmeniui skirtą antklodę ir jai skirtą užvalkalą, kuris buvo dvigubai didesnis. Tai pat, ant patalynės buvo matomos įsisenėjusios dėmės.
Visos viešnagės metu kambaryje nebuvo papildyta higienos priemonių (tualetinio popieriaus, nepapildyta naujais rankšluosčiais), vonioje nebuvo gyvatuko, padžiauti rankšluosčiams.

Весьма неплохой отель для желающих остановиться в центре Вильнюса на пару ночей.
Pros:

Расположение отеля идеальное: в двух шагах от ж/д и авто вокзалов и старого города. Вокруг множество кафе и ресторанов. В самом отеле чисто и достаточно уютно. Понравился зал для завтраков со стеклянной крышей и сам завтрак. Персонал приветливый, хорошо говорит по-английски.

Cons:

При регистрации взяли секьюрити-депозит 50 евро. При выселении его вернули, предварительно поднявшись в номер и проверив, все ли там в порядке. Это оставило неприятный осадок, если честно. До этого останавливался во многих отелях по всей Европе, но с подобной практикой столкнулся впервые.
