Wonderful staff & location, but uncomfortable due to a broken bathroom fan, noisy AC/neighbors

Staff and location was great.

Cons:

Bathroom fan was not working. AC was way too loud. The room next door had loud music on until 3 am. One of the pillow case was inside out. Overpriced and $25 parking charge seems to be too much.

Great stay right at FSu.
Pros:

Super close to FSU campus. Clean, new, very clean and nice.

Sadly the on site restaurant was closed but excellent options were in walking distance.

Cons:

The location is downtown by FSU. Its alot of construction going on. The parking should be included in the price. Shouldn't have to pay for parking. Its honestly no where else to park. Thats crazy parking is not included in the hotel price. You are paying for a room and oh yeah by the way you have to pay for parking too. We should be asked if we will be using their parking if so let that price be included for extra fee.
