Lage, unkomplizierter Check-in, freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Bad, Nachttisch und Bettwäsche waren nicht sauber Toilette nicht geputzt, Bettwäsche fraglich frisch/ verschmutzt. Abfall unter dem Bett und in Schubladen.

Great Vacation Experience
Pros:

Noah was very helpful and worked with us on checking in. It was clean and spacious and conveniently located

Cons:

The only issue was we had trouble with the grill

I was disgusted by the entire place. The front desk lady was very understanding while I was complaining.

Location was nice

Cons:

Very dirty, walls were disgusting. Stains on carpet, side of mattress and curtains. Toilet seat was falling off. Three lights needed new light bulbs. People were smoking weed on our hallway. Ended up leaving my 3 night stay after 1 night. Would have left the first night but was waiting for a call from the manager that I never got.

Pros:

The property appears recently updated. Location used to be unfavorable but the town is trying to rehabilitate the area. I found it pleasant and close to everything. I don’t like that you have to share a pool with The Sleep Inn next door.

Cons:

We stayed in the suite. It was clean. Supposed to sleep 4 but only had 2 towels, 2 coffee cups, and utensils for 2. The sleeper sofa was very comfortable

The hotel and staff were nice but other than that booking was very disappointing if they cancel people’s holds on hotels
Pros:

The property was nice, they did have the breakfast from 6:30-9:30am

Cons:

It seems if you don’t pay your hotel right at booking they’ll cancel your hold on a hotel. Mine was cancelled without it notifying me till I got there and they ended up canceling someone else’s hold on a hotel so I was able to book for 2 nights 3 days.

Pros:

Great place to stay, affordable, clean and perfect size with great amenities! Very welcoming staff and friendly, great location near the university, beach, Downtown Wilmington and every store you could possibly need on a trip! I would absolutely stay here again!
