Cet hôtel nous a sauvé en dernière minute suite à une panne, et nous avons été agréablement surpris.
Pros:

Chambre vaste avec un lit deux personnes tout aussi vaste. Présence d'un frigo dans la chambre. Meubles en suffisance qui permettaient de s'installer (si nous avions passé plus de nuits sur place). Bonne insonorisation vis-à-vis de l'extérieur. Le petit déjeuner était varié et complet.
Propreté : rien à dire. Personnel accueillant et à même de nous aider : taxi, bus vers la ville, chemins piétonniers et autres renseignements.

Cons:

L'emplacement était plutôt commercial et de grand passage. L'accès à l'hôtel est visuellement peu engageant.
Le système d'air conditionné était bruyant en chambre.

Escale facile à Aoste.
Pros:

Situé à 10mn du centre ville.
Personnel à l’accueil agréable et à l’écoute.
Hôtel situé au bord de l’autoroute dans une zone commerciale et poids lourd sécurisée.

Vorrei sottolineare un aspetto molto positivo: la signora che si occupava della sala colazioni era sempre estremamente gentile, sorridente e cortese con tutti gli ospiti. La sua professionalità e disponibilità hanno reso l’esperienza della colazione davvero piacevole.

Cons:

Appena arrivata in camera ho notato che il frigorifero era acceso (la luce interna funzionava), ma purtroppo non raffreddava. Ho segnalato il problema alla reception lo stesso giorno e il giorno successivo un tecnico è venuto a controllarlo. Ha rimosso il frigorifero, ma non lo ha sostituito perché ha visto che avevo con me un piccolo frigorifero portatile elettrico di mia proprietà, utilizzabile sia in auto che collegato a una normale presa di corrente. Purtroppo, fino al giorno del check-out, non è mai stato installato un altro frigorifero.

Per quanto riguarda la Smart TV, non è stato possibile utilizzare Netflix durante tutto il soggiorno. Il tecnico mi ha semplicemente spiegato che nel corridoio il segnale Wi-Fi era buono, mentre in camera era troppo debole, senza però offrire alcuna soluzione.

Purtroppo questi inconvenienti hanno compromesso il comfort del soggiorno. Mi sarei aspettata una soluzione più rapida e un’assistenza più efficace, soprattutto considerando il livello della struttura.
