Breakfast was ediable
The hotel says the rooms have air conditioning but it wasnt cooling my room or any of my co workers.
This has been a issue for some time as i spoke to other co workers that have stayed here in the past .Guy on reception told me the air con wasnt made for extreme outdoor temperatures ( it was typical summer temps ) 🤣. They should have air conditioning engineers attend site find out what the problem is and repair the issue. Wont be staying again.

Spacious room, very large and comfortable bed. Excellent shower and toiletries. Great facilities in the room. Fantastic location, easy to reach from the U4 u-bahn.
The AC was not effective at all (we visited near the end of the heatwave, it was 31 degrees but very humid). But thankfully the windows opened wide and it got cool enough to be able to open them from midnight. Also the steamer, which they had in the room instead of an iron, did not work.
location close to the action and live, room are queit enough for the stay but far from the elevator ( the last room in the corodor - five minutes walking form the left, brekfasr was excellent

Die Lage war perfekt. Nicht nur zum Veranstaltungs Ort sondern auch zum Einkaufen und morgendlichen Laufen. Wasserkocher im Zimmer liebe ich sehr. Fenster halten Lärm sehr gut ab. Yoga Matte im Zimmer und viele andere tolle Details. Frühstück war sehr lecker. Jederzeit würde ich wiederkommen.
Dass der early check in so teuer sein sollte.

Initial room as really warm with no AC. Staff was accommodating and switched us to a cooler room.
Location is superb, we walked everywhere on foot. The old town is nearby, many good food places around.

Amazing designs all around the hotel. Very convenient "vending" corner in the lobby. Great breakfast with a selection for everyone. Amazing terrace view.
Our room was not ready at 3 pm, but it was resolved quickly. Public parking across the street was ok, with heat, it would have been easier to have it closer.
This was a great location with wonderful window seats in bedrooms.Breakfast was v extensive and great value for money.
The air conditioning was not working during the heatwave.
