We were in town for a concert and the hotel is in a great location with free parking available. Damion checked us in and is one of the nicest people I've encountered at a hotel! Our room was clean and there's a restaurant on site so we could grab some food and drinks before the show. And the kids loved the pool!

Convent location GREAT pillows.
Booked a room with two double beds, got a nicer room but it had ONE bed, that doesn’t work when you have a coworker with you.
Signed a incidental charge of $20 but got charged 20 then 55 then 20 again still waiting to see if that comes off my card.

I want to take a moment to recognize Dre at the front desk because employees like him deserve to be acknowledged—not just by management, but by corporate leadership as well.
From the moment I interacted with Dre, he went above and beyond to take care of every single one of my needs, even the small things that could easily be overlooked. What impressed me most was that he was extremely busy, yet he never made me feel rushed, ignored, or like I was an inconvenience. He remained kind, professional, patient, and genuinely attentive throughout the entire interaction.
Dre is a perfect example of what exceptional customer service should look like. His ability to stay positive and helpful while managing a busy front desk truly stood out to me. You can tell when someone is simply doing their job versus someone who genuinely cares about the experience they provide—and Dre absolutely falls into the second category.
Corporate leadership should know that Dre is an asset to this organization. Employees who consistently make customers feel valued, respected, and taken care of are the ones who leave a lasting impression and represent a company at its very best.
