Damion at the front desk is awesome! If only every hotel could have a Damian to greet guests and make them feel as comfortable as he does! And he goes out of his way to help! Clone him!!!

Radius checked us in and assisted us in taking us to our room. He was extremely friendly and helped with anything we needed. Our room was clean and cool and our stay was pleasant.

The room was nice and clean the shower was also perfect. Also front desk staff was very nice and welcoming! If me or my friends are ever back in the city we will definitely be staying here!

The front desk staff at this hotel is top notch. I travel all the time for work and have never came across a more friendly and knowledgable sfaff. Richard and Shanika have taken great care of me, and done so with a smile. The rooms are spotless, as is the customer service. I highly recmommend.

Staying at Holiday Inn was a very pleasant experience. Miah was such a great help from start to finish. She made sure we had everything we needed and was very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this location to others and would be back on my next visit. I will always appreciate great customer service and Miah was the perfect example. Also, everything was very clean.

It felt like home here ! The staff was so warm and welcoming. My room felt so presidential and I slept like a queen. It was clean and roomy. Most hotels disappoint but you can tell this one cares.

I had a great stay at the Holiday Inn in Little Rock, and the hospitality really stood out. Orlando and Randius went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of—they were friendly, professional, and always quick to help with anything I needed.

A big shoutout as well to Ra, the shuttle driver, who was incredibly prompt and made getting around super easy. The quick shuttle service was a huge plus and made the whole experience even smoother.

Overall, the staff here truly made the difference. Their attention to detail and willingness to help made my stay comfortable and stress-free. I’d definitely stay here again!

And Tonya in catering and the kitchen is always helpful, attentive, and a pleasure to work with.
