I searched for a hotel with a restaurant. The "restaurant" was a few items on the menu, poor selection and I don't believe there was a full kitchen? It was quite confusing. We left and went out to dinner which was not our original plan. Breakfast was simple, not worth the extra charge.
I had a very wonderful experience with the entire staff. From day one to day five, if i needed anything the staff was always there with a Smile. Special shout out to Miah and Dre. They made me feel like we were family. They were Outstanding.. Thanks. I will be back.
When we arrived the front desk personnel was extremely friendly and welcoming. I have stayed at IHG sites around the world and I have to say this one was wonderful. Even though we had issues with the key cards in the beginning the front desk associates helped us numerous times to get in and out always with a smile and a helping hand! They were wonderful in welcoming us back after the fireworks and provided a breakfast for us - complimentary - for all of our challenges!! I will definitely return and Dre has renewed my faith in what true customer service really means.

We’ve had consistently good experiences that have stood out to us each time- enough so that we’ve stayed at this hotel three times now. The hotel is clean and inviting, and well maintained. Very friendly service as well. Miah greeted us with a big smile as soon as we arrived at the front desk, and was very accommodating and kind :)
Clean, updated rooms. Front desk service was amazing. Miah recommended a great restaurant. Breakfast buffet had fresh fruit that was ripe.
