Estadia muito boa. Excelente equipe.
Pros:

Muito boa estadia. Equipe super hospitaleira e acomodações que atenderam às nossas expectativas. Já sou cliente do hotel há anos. Quando vou a Picos sempre fico neste hotel. A comida é boa. Recomendo.

Do Estacionamento coberto. Do quarto ter varanda. Do atendimento dos funcionários.

Cons:

Tivemos que trocar de quarto por conta de um vazamento no banheiro. O chuveiro estava com problemas na regulagem da temperatura, ou era excessivamente frio ou excessivamente quente.

Localização boa, café da manhã ok, ponto positivo foi ter carregador de carro no hotel.

Cons:

Um ponto negativo foi o atendimento, chegamos no hotel a noite e o rapaz que nós atendeu foi super mal humorado, nem o boa noite nosso respondeu, apenas pegou a chave e jogou no balcão, parecia que nós estávamos atrapalhando ele jantar, ja a moça que nós atendeu pela manhã foi super simpática!
