Good but could have been better if I had stayed a little longer
Pros:

I only stayed for one night after being in a wedding. Dias check in at 3pm and went to wedding, didn’t come back until past midnight and slept past breakfast time. My wife did get coffee and breakfast for her. She was happy. My coffee was good.

Bathtub had stains at bottom

Pros:

Didn't have breakfast. Walked directly to car. Location was great.

Cons:

Bathroom floor could have been cleaned better and ledge around bathroom sink under countertop was really dirty.

Pros:

This was a quick stop over just to sleep and get back on the road. But with that being said, it was a great place to stay. Clean and friendly and a decent variety for breakfast before take off.

Bedbugs at my bed

Good morning, Bookin.com, this email is intended to inform you of an uncomfortable and unpleasant incident that my family and I experienced on Saturday night, the 7th. We noticed in the early morning that the box and mattress where my sister and her son were sleeping were infested with bedbugs (see attached photos and videos). This made it impossible to fall asleep. By morning, these insects had already spread to the white sheets and were everywhere around the bed.

Therefore, we find ourselves in the need to request a full refund of the room rate as a minimum measure on your part, as we discreetly and cautiously communicated our complaint to the reception desk so as not to harm the hotel's image and reputation.

We thank you for your attention and bid farewell, looking forward to your prompt response.

Horrible stay and no protection!
Pros:

Breakfast was the only good thing in this property and we only stayed one night.

Cons:

We stayed for one night and were put in a connecting room, which was not ideal. The hotel lacks security guards and is located in a dangerous neighborhood. There were three men in the next room, and we kept hearing disturbing sounds that suggested someone was beating a child. When we called the front desk, the response was dismissive, as if I was overreacting.

Upon returning to our room, my husband informed me that the situation had escalated. I heard the children crying, clearly distressed and calling for their mother. We eventually decided to call the police. After knocking on their door several times and hearing them leave the room, we awaited the authorities, only to find that by the time they arrived, the child was gone.

The most troubling aspect is that the entire establishment offered no protection. We were scheduled to check out at noon, but had to leave at 6 AM, which disrupted our plans. My husband ultimately failed his test because he couldn’t get a proper night’s sleep. It’s frustrating to think that if the front desk staff had taken our concerns seriously, they might have been able to intervene and potentially save a child’s life instead of belittling our alarm. We were there for a good night's sleep, and we left feeling unsafe and unsettled. Lastly, after falling asleep around 3 am we woke up yet again to the other connecting room trying to open our door. After I could no longer sleep. Horrible experience!
