Everything else. Breakfast was a joke. No pool. Says it’s smoking it’s not. No water pressure and the first day no hot water.

When I tried talking to management about it they just kept saying it wasn’t their fault. Not their problem. Wouldn’t let me even talk.

I booked with them because of the price and strictly because of the pool having a fence around it to where no one could just walk in there. But come to find out someone had broke the lights in the pool and it had been drained. My grandkids was very disappointed as well as husband and I was. The bathroom room would not even close at all. Front desk acted like they didn't want us to have any extra towels. There was some kind of white stuff on the window so we couldn't see out of it very well. The breakfast was beyond pitiful and the refrigerator stunk so bad. At one point there had been ruined food in it. So we didn't even get any orange juice out of it. It was pathetic of how bad it smelled. My granddaughter almost threw up when she opened it. And when my husband opened it he didn't have to get close to smell it and he said oh hell naw. Even other guests that was there said they would not get anything out of it either. I was very highly disappointed in my stay and will never use THAT motel ever again.

Wifi did not work, TV did not work (and was falling off the wall)

There was a wall lamp hanging off the wall. Another lamp shade had been burned with a lighter. The room was a nonsmoking room but smelled like fresh cigarettes. At 915am some one from the staff walked into the room then walked back out. Unannounced. I had the door locked and the latch on the door. The desk clerk said she knew about the lamps and would have to talk to her supervisor about getting compensation for the bad experience. Haven't heard anything and no one will answer the phone. Won't be back.

No breakfast or coffee in room

BREAKFAST WAS POOR ONLY COFFE AND MUFFINS. SOME ORANGES AND APPLES. no juice or toast. RUGS WERE DIRTYBAND SMELLED.

Ice machine broken and no breakfast

The bed was hard as a rock. The remote was sticky. The chair in the room had definitely seen better days, and the air conditioner really needs an update.

Nothing

The mirror in the bathroom was cracked and the hair dryer nozzle was melted. The location was far from where we were going to be during the weekend. There were not many selections to the continental breakfast and the coffee wasn't great.
