Pros:

Front desk staff were wonderful. Front desk assistant manager was very polite, helpful, and professional!

Cons:

Ocean front but they charge for a chair to sit at the beach after charging for your room plus a additional 39 a day fee . Drinks are very expensive . Outside bar next store is nicer and half the price

Perfect for our family
Pros:

The room was much more spacious than I anticipated. I love that there was a washer and dryer in the room so we could immediately wash our wet clothes. The restaurant on site has great food( must try the churros!) . The pool was nice with lots of seating both in the shade and the sun. Beach access was right past the pool. Cabanas and beach chairs have to be rented which was fine but should be included for guests.

Cons:

The cost of beach chairs and cabanas or umbrellas. We paid because we needed them but felt they should be included for guest as most other hotels do. They didn't "scrape" the sand and maintain the beach like the adjacent hotels but it was still beautiful.

Pros:

La proximidad a la playa, la habitación cómoda y amplia , el desayuno estaba rico aunque termina muy temprano, osea toca madrugar aunque estés de vacaciones.

Cons:

Quitaron la zona de bbq q tenían, además aumentó el precio del parqueo a 36 y cuando hicimos check out el día de irnos pensábamos quedarnos un rato más en el hotel y nos exigían pagar nuevamente parqueo.. por lo q decidimos irnos, en otros hoteles se entrega la hab y eso no pasa, por lo q queda descartado para nuestra próxima vacaciones.

Frente a la playa, lo mejor!

Al frente de la playa y con buen restaurante

Cons:

La piscina cierra a las 8 pm, muy temprano.
La habitación era grande pero antigua, tenía poca iluminación; la alfombra parecía sucia y la cafetera no funcionaba.

Great Staff Made 6 Weeks Easy
Pros:

We stayed for 6 weeks while our house was undergoing major repairs and renovations. Everyone from the valet to the front desk to the restaurant were extremely friendly and helpful. Antonio and Frank at the valet always retrieved the vehicles quickly and held doors/luggage for our family. They were super interactive with the kids and even had vehicles waiting for us in the morning when school started! My 6 year old celebrated his birthday during our stay. Nicole and Anastasia at the front desk made his day by giving him a little cake and letting him choose a treat! Sad to be leaving, but will visit in the future!
