At Residence Inn Pompano Beach the valet parking people are very friendly and careful with your vehicle.

La piscina cierra a las 8 pm, muy temprano.
La habitación era grande pero antigua, tenía poca iluminación; la alfombra parecía sucia y la cafetera no funcionaba.
We stayed for 6 weeks while our house was undergoing major repairs and renovations. Everyone from the valet to the front desk to the restaurant were extremely friendly and helpful. Antonio and Frank at the valet always retrieved the vehicles quickly and held doors/luggage for our family. They were super interactive with the kids and even had vehicles waiting for us in the morning when school started! My 6 year old celebrated his birthday during our stay. Nicole and Anastasia at the front desk made his day by giving him a little cake and letting him choose a treat! Sad to be leaving, but will visit in the future!
Everything was great we enjoyed our stay . Staff is friendly and the valets were excellent. Definitely would stay here again.
Parking Services all week amazing, Frank and his parking staff are exceptional. Hotel staff are dedicated and happy, can’t say enough about them. The hotel is being improved, you can see the management is taking it in the correct direction. Keep the improvements going. Needs bigger pool is my one issue.

One word is fantastic Hotel. The waffle for the weekend breakfast is delicious. I really like breakfast buffet. Frank and Antonio are amazing with thier service for valet parking. The breakfast staff are amazing. They always tell you good morning. The front desk is very helpful.
Always such a great experience. This is our fourth year coming and it's always a great atmosphere, so nice and so friendly and helpful. Frank and Antonio always does a great job at the valet parking. The front desk staff is awesome as well. The breakfast staff are amazing also!

We had an extended stay at the Residence Inn Pompano Beach Oceanfront, and one of the biggest highlights was the incredible valet team. Antonio, Ali, and Frank consistently went above and beyond to make our stay easier and more enjoyable.
After 60 days, they knew us by name, always greeted us with a smile, and somehow managed to make us feel like family. No matter how busy they were, they were professional, friendly, and quick to help with anything we needed. Their positive attitudes and exceptional customer service never went unnoticed.
It’s employees like Antonio, Ali, and Frank who truly make a hotel stand out. They turned what could have felt like a long hotel stay into a welcoming experience. We are so grateful for everything they did and hope they receive the recognition they deserve. Thank you for making our time here so memorable!

El vale parking no funciona bien, nos tuvimos que retirar de madrugada 4AM por nuestro vuelo, y no había nadie para darnos el auto, y en la persona de la recepción, no hizo nada y hasta nos maltrato. Una lastima porque era la cuarta vez que nos hospedábamos.
The customer service and prompt attention I received from Patricia and Antonio were exceptional. The entire staff was friendly, professional, and made me feel very welcomed throughout my stay. I truly appreciated their hospitality and would definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends.
