Pros:

Las instalaciones todo bien

Cons:

La comida del menu es muy repetitiva pase 6 días hospedado y todos los días es lo mismo entiendo que todos los días llegan huéspedes y la comida es buena pero para los que ya estamos hospedados y llevamos días es un poco tedioso comer lo mismo

La atención del personal, la ubicación es fabulosa.

Cons:

Ufff , estoy en trámite de cobro indebido, sobre lo que decía Booking, me llegó recibo por una cantidad y cuando reviso mi estado de cuenta son 651 pesos mexicanos de más en el cargo
La comida.....he probado mucho mejor en otros hoteles.
El aire insuficiente,pase calor y sudando toda la noche, avise y no se solucionó.
Había otros huéspedes fumando marihuana y haciendo escándalo en la habitación de enfrente.
Las bebidas, bastante X y mira que pido coctelería popular, piña colada por ejemplo.

Las instalaciones no son tan buenas
Te esculcan tus cosas nos robaron dinero y no tienen camaras de pasillos ni nada para asegurar tu bienestar.
Pague todo incluído la comida es muy repetida y las bebidas de la más baja calidad cerveza muy aguada simple el clima de la aviación no enfriaba

EXCELENTE HOTEL CON VISTA AL MAR
Pros:

Excelentes instalaciones, la habitación era bastante amplia, limpia y con hermosa vista al mar.

Cons:

Se podría ampliar la carta de bebidas que no contengan dulce y algunas sin alcohol.

Muy bien con un inconveniente (falta estacionamiento)
Pros:

El precio del hotel estuvo super bien, lo único malo es que no cuenta con estacionamiento y si bien hay balet parking, en la descripción del hotel no te mencionan que debes pagar 230 por noche de pensión, además cuando pides el vehículo, debes hacerlo con media hora de anticipación y eso hace un tanto incomoda la estancia en el hotel y tus tiempos más cortos. Además te obligan a pagar las noches en una sola exhibición y no te dan tiempo de salir a buscar otro estacionamiento menos caro

La recepcionista que según dijo ser la gerente cuando pedí hablar con el gerente, es muy grosera y prepotente....no me gustó que el hotel no cuenta con estacionamiento
