Very clean rooms and quiet 🤫
Location to the fresno airport
Our shower hand held sprayer stays on the entire bath with no way to turn it off. The tile around the tub faucet was busted and falling in..the pillows were tiny..the floor was dirty with gum wrappers and drink lids behind the table where the microwave was ..but biggest problem was our BI-FOLD bathroom door was broken and coming loose from the wall..also no overhead light...just 2 lamps..the charger plugs fall out of the wall outlets and won't stay plugged in..
My stuff was safe outside strapped to the top of my car.

First Non smoking room smelled of smoke.

I was called 20 minutes before I arrived and was told that Booking.com accidentally sold me a room that was unavailable and that I needed to call them for refund.

Closeness to airport
Loud people above our room that were not even registered as guests. The hotel did not even know they were there. Rooms are supposed to be non smoking but when you open your room door the stench flows into the hallway of heavy smoke. No elevator, so you have to carry heavy luggage up stairs. Trash everywhere around outside doors. EVERY DOOR. Prostitutes were leaving rooms every morning we were there. Heavy smell of urine around some outside doors
