My room had bedbugs but staff refused to acknowledge or refund my rate when I checked out
Close to the airport. The staff was exceptionally nice
Everything needs updated. Our bathroom wall tile was cracked and the shower attachment stayed on even when you were using the bathtub faucet..Floor had stains on carpet. All the electric outlets were so old that your phone charger cord fell out onto the floor when you plug it in. No overhead light just a dim bedside lamp so very dark.
It was close to airport.
We stayed here several years ago and it was very nice. This visit was not so nice. Beds sagged, no hairdryer, no door on bathroom and not very clean. My husband slept with his clothes on.

As a single female traveller I didn’t feel safe especially going to my car in that parking area Some strange characters around, be careful and stay vigilant

Outdated but CLEAN

The bed linens were clean, but the room had a very unpleasant smell. It was dusty, and the carpet was extremely dirty and gray from wear. The room itself was very old and outdated.
We stayed for 3 days and 2 nights. During our stay, no housekeeping service was provided, and we were not given additional toilet paper or tissues.
The accordion-style bathroom door was very inconvenient and offered little privacy. Overall, the room was not comfortable for a family. The swimming pool is very very dirty, jacuzzi doesn’t work.

Mini put put golf area was great for my boys, breakfast was exceptional, staff was helpful and professional, room was clean and comfortable and everything was what you’d expect a hotel room to be. Our stay was great.
I don’t think there was anything that we didn’t like…
