It’s one of my favorite hotels. Very friendly and efficient staff and beautiful grounds.

Fantastic Stay & Exceptional Customer Service!
Pros:

The hotel is very nice and beautifully renovated inside. The executive rooms are spacious, and the beds are incredibly comfortable, making for a great stay. The breakfast was both diverse and tasty, and there was plenty of parking available.

I accidentally made a booking mistake and was very stressed about it, but the hotel manager, Renee, quickly helped me resolve the issue with incredible hospitality. I genuinely appreciate her kindness and understanding.

A perfect 10/10 stay—highly recommend!

Pros:

Reservation was for wrong hotel. Piccadilly airport was the desired hotel. No fix was offered by the hotel and I had to pay for 2 hotels the same night. Very bad 👎 situation and I don't intend to use hotels.com in the future.

It’s a lovely facility. The room
was large and comfortable and at a great price. The staff were very friendly. Would stay again.
