Интернета беше със странна регистрация и винаги губеше връзка, когато изляза от хотела. Налагаше се всяка вечер, като се прибираме от разходки, да ми правят нова регистрация на рецепцията. Но иначе сигнала беше супер.

The biggest issue is that the hotel photos do not reflect the real condition of the property at all. On the first day, I was placed in a room with three separate beds, and all of them were in poor condition. One mattress was literally collapsing to one side, making it hard to understand how anyone could comfortably sleep there, especially if three people were sharing the room.

The bathroom had no ventilation, and the sound insulation throughout the hotel was terrible. You could clearly hear other guests taking showers, talking, or even sleeping behind the walls.

The entire hotel feels extremely outdated, as if no proper renovation has been done in 15–20 years. Everything looks worn out and neglected. Even simple things are ignored — for example, at breakfast all the plates were mismatched, old, different shades of white, and some were even chipped. It gives a very poor impression.

Another strange issue was the smoking area, which is located right next to the kitchen and breakfast area. Because of this, cigarette smoke constantly drifts toward the food, and apparently nobody cares about it. Also, on more than one occasion, the cheese served at breakfast did not seem fresh.

The hotel honestly feels more like a 2-star property, definitely not 3 stars. It is difficult to understand why basic improvements are not being made.

There was also a very strange smell on the first floor near the reception area — a cheap and unpleasant odor that made the atmosphere uncomfortable.

Later I was moved to another room that was supposedly better, but for some reason it became extremely hot inside, even without any clear reason.

Overall, I absolutely do not recommend this hotel. The photos and the surprisingly high 8.1 rating are very misleading and create expectations that the hotel simply does not meet.

I would recommend that the women who clean the rooms keep more silence while they work. Also at breakfast you should to refill when the food runs out.

Il primo giorno abbiamo dormito in una stanza, la 302, in cui la finestra è interamente occupata dal motore del condizionatore. Quindi non si apriva e si moriva di caldo anche per il calore generato. La seconda notte, (nel frattempo siamo stati via 3 giorni in giro per la Turchia), avevamo una camera grande con un grande balcone. Quindi basta chiederlo. La foto esterna della struttura è stata modificata, si trova in una strada stretta dove è praticamente impossibile parcheggiare, ci sono case tutte in fila e attaccate e ci sono i birilli di ferro sul marciapiede. Lo staff comunque si rende disponibile a parcheggiarti la macchina appena si libera un posto, lasciandogli le chiavi. Così abbiamo fatto. Tutto sommato si può fare.

Le stanze andrebbero rinfrescate. Ho soggiornato qui in 2 momenti diversi nello stesso viaggio: la prima camera aveva la finestra interamente occupata dal motore esterno del condizionatore. Dunque non si poteva aprire e non entrava aria. Ma siamo arrivati di sera e partivamo la mattina presto, per poche ore di sonno andava bene (camera 301) e sono certo che, su richiesta, mi avrebbero cambiato la stanza. Dopo qualche giorno di viaggio sono tornato e ho avuto la camera 306, decisamente meglio: grande vetrata che si apriva sulla strada. L'unico problema di questo albergo è il parcheggio: la zona è densamente abitata, le strade strettissime e con paletti sui lati. Il primo giorno mi hanno fatto cortesemente parcheggiare davanti l'albergo e hanno pensato loro a parcheggiare la macchina appena si è liberato un posto. La seconda volta non siamo riusciti ad avvicinarci all'albergo perché in una stradina che conduceva all'ingresso era in corso un trasloco e avevano bloccato l'intera strada. Ho parcheggiato e fatto i restanti 400 metri a piedi.

Das Hotel möchte sich al International bezeichnen aber leider gibt's Mangel an Fremdsprachenkenntnisse, außer ein bisschen aber ganz wenig englisch, ein bisschen rusisch und das wars eigentlich. Ausnahme was das betrifft ist die Dame von der Rezeption.
