The building is located in the heart of the historic center, the room was surprisingly quiet thanks to its view over a large inner courtyard.
The room and bathroom were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The double bed came with a very comfortable mattress.
The Wi-Fi connection worked well throughout our stay.
A particularly appreciated feature was the availability of large free lockers, where we could safely store our luggage for a few hours on the day of departure.
Communication with the host via Booking messages was excellent. We received clear instructions on the day of arrival and were able to access the courtyard, building, and room easily using the provided entry codes.
The room was equipped with a small refrigerator and, as a nice and rather uncommon touch, a wine bottle opener.
A perfect stay without a car.

Pros:

Good location in the middle of the old town. No noice from the street. Great with coffee/the, water and glasses in the room. Good communication via the app.

Cons:

Nothing really for us but if someone wants to "sleep in" the church bells will probably wake you up at 07 (am).

Tutto. Non c'era ascensore, ma si sapeva. La mia finestra dava sulla via Reale.uno spettacolo. Non ho mai incontrato lo staff, ma su WhatsApp comunicavamo se avevo dei dubbi.

Sijainti on loistava! :D Huone on siisti. Henkilökunnan kanssa kommunikointi on oikein hyvä ja helppo.

Cons:

Aamupala ei ollutkaan saatavilla, vaikka sellaisen käsityksen sai katsomalla kuvia. Se harmitti ihan. Portaat ovat ihan jyrkät, minkä vuoksi piti varoa kävellessä. Joskus otti hieman voimille päästä ylös.
